I always use Advanced Autos for my old Audi A3. Luke responds really quickly, can always fit me in and sorts the problem but doesn’t do stuff that doesn’t need doing. He’s really reasonably priced and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Honest, Service oriented, Great People. I have taken a VW Bora to them that was overheating due to a serious problem that surfaced on our long journey to Minehead. We had no Choice but to fix the car before returning and trust google reviews. Well Worth it.
Even though at first they missed diagnosing one more issue with the heating system by NOT adequately testing it after the job has been done, I took it back to them within 30 minutes and they took responsibility for it and they made sure it is properly fixed the second time around without any extra charge, especially because they may have swapped a part out that was working just fine. I did not mind though because it was a good idea to have a fresh new in it anyway.
The second time the car came out perfect for no extra cost. It was very fair. Everyone can make a mistake due to time constraints. Aside of this mistake they work very professional. I wish them success and to keep up the good honest work.

Cannot rate this company highly enough! Phoned from Butlins with a flat tyre and Luke came out, took the car, fixed the flat and bought it back all in a couple of hours! Kept me updated too with what was going on! Thank you Advace Auto Services!!!

I early leave a review! However today you guys saved me! After packing up to head home from my holiday I found a flat tyre so after emptying my boot, I popped on my spair and headed off to the petrol station to check my tyre pressures only to find my spare dead tooo! So after a little bit of waking around I found my self here where They said they would take a look so I walked back to Tesco and carried my wheel to them and left it there for less than a hour later found they had not only fixed it but brought it back and fitted it for me too! .
After how my day had started and with 3 young children in the car the simple act of bringing my tyre back to me felt like a huge thing and I am so genuinely greatful!

I was dropping a friend and his family off in Minehead for a winter special at Butlins , on the way there I had issues with my front right drive shaft and gator,
I called in to advance and he found a gator issue and altho he was already busy agreed to fast order and fit in the same afternoon. On cleaning up the grease and taking the old part off he discovers the drive shaft was also had it and ordered that , I had to stop over near by for one night therefore but the car was ready the next day by mid day and he did a few service extras for free as well , extremely happy with service. Would recommend happily

Clutch went on the way to minehead. Luke was friendly and efficient throughout, picking the car up from the butlins car park and sorting it before we were due to drive home.
All in all a bit of a lifesaver.

Checked my spark plugs and gave me advise as this had just been repaired previous to coming on holiday. Good father and son business.

Thanks for helping us out this morning when our battery let us down (again!). Helpful as always!
