We stay here every year to visit family. The room is always setup nicely for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom was lovely and clean, nice shower. Immaculate room. Extra tea and coffee at reception. The man on the desk was really helpful. Icing on the cake was some hot chocolates and special biscuits from the staff.

Great premier inn located right next to butlins and the seafront, Greta parking for cars & has a brewers fayre pub and restaurant if you fancy an easy meal and drink without travelling.

Room service was impeccable, clean pillows and sheets provided, bathroom was spacious & we had a nice view of a dog walking park.

Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Only thing I could complain about was the fact that we did not have a toilet brush in our room, which proved quite annoying.

Other than that was a wonderful experience whilst we travelled round minehead and surrounding areas.

Great location for Exmoor, good reliable and clean rooms. Didn't see any staff after check in, but every thing was fine

Like all Premier Inns we have been to staff great, rooms good size, a Shame they only put one chair in the rooms. So to watch TV one person ends up sitting uncomfortably on the bed. Breakfast was a short walk away at a Brewers Fayre. When for evening meal Tuesday & had to wait an hour from ordering to service.

Always love this premier inn. Parking is £5 per night with staying at the premier inn and is close to tesco, lidl and morrisons as well as walking distance to town centre and any bus stops going to Taunton and lynmouth.

Great experience here. It's a basic hotel but cosy, clean and a good base. I was a bit peeved about paying £5 per night for parking, though.

Here for a few days. The staff are so helpful, happy, polite and nothing is too much trouble.
Parking £5 per day but affordable.
The rooms are 100% clean, fresh and comforable with air con. A must have really.
Very quiet location looking out onto the fields and dig walking area.

The Hotel itself is good but the extra £5 per day parking is a bit much. A lot of premier inn are free parking to customers. Also the beds at this hotel are NOT king size as you would expect in premier. The beds are large doubles. Enjoyed the stay on this occasion but wouldn't stay here again.

So impressed with the room. For the price you couldn't ask for more. I don't think I've slept that well my whole life.

Enjoyed our stay here. We’ve stayed at very many premier inns and this is one of the best. Very quite and clean. The Wi-Fi was very poor for the first 2 days but did improve. Maybe because hotel was full and under heavy use? The adjacent restaurant was a Brewers Fayre pub. Good pub grub at a reasonable price. Note you have to pay £5.00 per day for parking.
Hotel easy walking distance from town, steam railway and buses.

The room was great and the location was excellent for travelling to nearby Exmoor. Love this part of the world. Such fantastic views.

Lovely room, very clean, great air conditioning. Parking was a bit confusing. I need to go in and pick up a ticket to use, which i didn't know before arriving. Therefore, i didn't need to try and set up an account. So please go in first before paying for parking. Walk into town was about 20 minutes. Would stay again.

Great stay at this Premier Inn for 5 nights. Good location to explore Exmoor National Park and into Devon. Lovely clean room as usual. Sadly the wifi wasn't reliable. It didn't at work at all for a couple of days, either the Free or "paid for" Ultimate. And 3G/4G mobile coverage isn't that good either. Car parking is £5 for 24 hours, which isn't bad. Overall, though we enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed here several times now. Probably had best room this time, 2nd floor at rear overlooking parkland. Good central location for visiting surrounding areas. Some beautiful countryside to see and did the Exmoor Coaster bus ride down to Lynmouth for second time. Well worth taking in. Easy parking for £5 per night.

Was very impressed with the disabled wet room. Lots of room. Very clean. Bed lovely and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee. Great value for money. Becky on reception was extremely pleasant and very helpful with a lovely smile. Will stay again. Only downside was having to pay for the car park.

We also came into our room with a nice touch of a welcome note and biscuits which was lovely😊 would 100% recommend and return
