The Original Factory Shop (Minehead)

This one of our favourite shops. It serves Minehead well which has limited useful shops. Just watch out for the clothes sizes. Nice staff. Car park is not logical though, most people ignore the arrows as they really are the wrong way round.

Had to make a stop to get bathing suits for my wife and I they had what we wanted and a great price .

Lots of choice and pretty good prices. I was surprised that it wasn't very busy in the run up to Christmas when they have so much on offer for this season. Go take a look!.

Some bargains to be had on the clothing side.
I assume that the chain buys up stock from big brands that have closed down so some of the items appear to be a reasonable quality at a low price.

I have never been here before but will definitely visit again. Good quality items at value for money prices. Staff were professional and polite.

Well what can I say..a real retail experience.from the minute of walking into the winter wonderland through the great prices to the fantastic customer service we received..they could not do enough for us and this store really put the other shops in the area to shame..thanks to everyone be rest assured "I'll be back"!!

Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Nice clothing and shoes. Would recommend.

Has certainly been improved over the past few years

Staff are always friendly. Most items are quality and affordable.

Needed a cheap pair of jeans. £15 - reasonable quality. Changing rooms available. Even held onto them for me when I had to go home to get my wallet. Lovely job!

We couldn't find blow up beds in the 30 mile vicinity after arriving at the Watchet music Festival and finding mouse holes in all our Lilo's didn't have Lilo's but bought 3 very good quality sunlounger cushions for £10 each.
Staff were very friendly and even recommended trespass to buy an air bed but I wasn't going to pay £30 for a single airbed. 🙂

Large range at great prices

Always popping in here 🤣 the staff are lovely always friendly, they have a good range of stuff from clothes , shoes kitchen ware , I got a suitcase, cleaning products food , garden stuff and much more

Excellent customer service. Great products. I bought my first winter clothing for this year. Spend a lot. But went there just to buy a pair of slippers 😆. Thank you guys if you are seeing this.

Clean and presentable store, well stocked, mostly well priced, pleasant helpful staff but not many of them.

Love this shop as it's big with plenty of room for a wheelchair to move around and always has plenty of stock in store
