We had a lovely walk at Berry head and the views are beautiful. There is the guardhouse cafe if you get hungry for snacks or meals. It's dog friendly. Well worth a visit and we will definitely be going back.

Gorgeous scenery. Car park was small, we visited on a weekend in February and still it was full by the time we went back to the car to get lunch. We managed to navigate it with my manual wheelchair, the paths were largely uneven. There's a cafe, we didn't try it though it looked busy. The visitor centre and hide were closed, the website says the visitor centre is closed temporarily but didn't say when it opened again.

Great place for views along Devon coast. Remains of Napoleonic defence Fort. Great café. Try and find the air traffic beacon. Good private car park, only charges in 20 min slots and pay when you leave.

Vast trails around an old fort with stunning 360 views of the channel as far as the eye can see. If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of dolphins (we didn't😥).
Plenty of room to run and explore if you have kids (and dogs). Nice guard house cafe.

Such a beautiful place. A lovely spot to spend a day relaxing and unwinding, or adventuring and exploring. Fantastic cliff top walks with incredible views and so much wildlife - a real haven. Perfect for a picnic, or there's an excellent café too. Look out for the quaint lighthouse!

This wonder of a natural feature and the wildlife that call it home is something special. Marine mammals if you're lucky
Take binoculars, have a bite/refreshment at the guard house cafe
UK's tallest light house is here (so I'm told!)
Be careful at the edge!

Large area for walking and great views. Military remains to explore and a pleasant walk from Brixham. Car park overpriced in my opinion but pay on exit for how long you stay rather than having to decide how long you might be there as you arrive seems an easy way of operating.

An amazing place, with views down to Portland Bill on a clear day. Sea colours are just unbelievable. Lots of cormorants and cliff climbers around. Occasional sea kayakers and quite a few fishermen and women. Lovely walks in and around the forts, delicious food from the cafe!

There is a large carpark
It's a short walk to the entrance where the cafe is located.
There is a large area for you to wonder around and talk in the views.
The views of Torbay are amazing. We saw dolphins surfacing for around half an hour.

Berry Head is beautiful but be aware it can be windy because of the height of the cliff. You can walk up the hill from Brixham or drive to a 'pay when you leave' car park. Great cafe for coffee or meals.

Beautiful headland with Napoleonic War fortresses, a super-mini lighthouse, a nuclear bunker and a wonderful café. Oh, and a car park too.
Wonderful views, precipitous cliffs and plenty of opportunities for walkers. Dogs like to bring their owners here too.

Such a beautiful place to go for a walk and see the amazing coastal views, seeped in history and then to have a picnic afterwards.
Be careful when paying in the carpark as only gives 5 mins after you have paid before you need to be gone, which is great unless you have to trapse back to overflow carpark lol

An absolutely stunning place. Great trails for walking and a nice cafe with incredible views. There's also a place a little walk from the car park called Shoalstone where you can swim. Definitely worth a visit!

Berry head what a great walk. The south west costal path is great.
A lovely 7 mile walk from Brixham to st Mary's cove and back is a fantastic on a sunny day.
The views across the sea are great with the cruise ships currently anchored off shore.

An absolute feast for the soul. A beautiful place to explore, wander, and enjoy nature.
Dogs welcome but need to be kept on leads in some areas.
There is a cafe with outdoor seating. There are picnic benches by the car park and also benches dotted around if you want a break and to just enjoy the views.

I love Berry head. Theirs amazing views and You can see the whole of Torbay from the cliff top. Be aware that it's a sheer drop with no barrier. Its also a great view point for watching shipping sail by.Theirs also alot of history and an old fort to explore. If your up to it the coastal walk to St Mary's bay is worth it as well

Amazing place to go for a walk amazing views and places to have a picknic. Lots of paths and hidden walkways. Amazing place to watch the sunset and look out over the bay. You must be careful as there is huge drops that are hidden around the outer edges of the cliffs. Good info on all the bunkers and ammo stashing spots from ww2

Went here for deep water soloing. There are some great routes for it. We abseiled onto a platform at the start of our route; though it would certainly be possible to climb down. It's a challenging route with lots of very interesting elements to climb. Easy juggy holds mixed with sloppers, crimps, cracks and even some mono pockets. I fell off after two pitches and after that it got a lot harder. The rest of the area is beautiful and the wildlife is so busy. We even had a seal friend that was very curious about our climbing.
