Chalet was basic but clean, was rather 90s in style!
Lost a star for rooms as the double bed wasn’t anywhere near long enough to accommodate my husband (who is about 6ft tall, so not a giant!) and my own feet hung off the end of the bed, I’m 5’5”! The twin beds were thankfully longer so he at least managed to get a good night’s sleep on a couple of the nights.
Kitchen was basic but plenty of crockery and cutlery, as well as trays and cooking equipment.
My only quibble with the outside of the chalet (37) was the height of the step. I have a mobility related disability but can usually manage one or two stairs, these would really benefit from a hand rail as they had nothing to steady oneself.
Can’t go wrong with a location as gorgeous as Berry Head. We enjoyed a sea view, and although rainy and grey some of the time it was still beautiful. On the clear night we ventured slightly offsite and did some stargazing, just wonderful. On the way back the staff in the bar were only too happy to let me into the on site shop to get some milk and Nutella to make some hot chocolate - yes it was summer but it was freezing!
The staff were all helpful and really lovely, nothing was too much trouble, and was always service with a smile.
The pool has small stairs to get in and out rather than ladders, which was far better for our family, and the shallow area for non-swimmers is clearly marked. Yes it’s just a basic pool with no wave machines or slides but kids make their own fun with pool noodles and balls, and there are inflatables on Wednesdays (but we weren’t on holiday at that time).
All in all we really enjoyed our time here, and will probably visit again in future!

Lovely dog friendly area and our pooch has loved it. All we needed in the cabin and no significant negatives. Excellent and friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the pool too. Excellent location with choice of wild or more developed and not much need for the car. Diolch yn fawr for a lovely mini break. We will be back. ♥♥

Enjoyed a short stay here at the end of the school holidays.
Has a lovely undercover pool outdoors. Nice quiet area, lots of lovely walks around the area.
We stayed in accommodation that was more than adequate for our stay. Clean and comfy, bathroom tiny but new. Kitchen oven and hob new and kitchen clean with all the essentials.
Can walk into Brixham Harbour takes around 30 mins quarter of it is on a stone gravel footpath but suitable for pushchairs.
Has a laundrette on site used this once but super expensive! Have to purchase a card first £2 then £5 for cheapest 40 min wash.
Great area as a base for few days.
Heard some complaints about lack of entertainment, but it sounds like it hasn't been well received in the past, so only bingo on Tuesdays now and show room is closed.
We weren't bothered about entertainment.
Shop is super expensive and only has few bits, but coop is 3 mins drive away.
Only one mark down on service was that our chalet was meant to be avaliable from 3pm and we had to wait til 4pm. Only down point.
Chalets are old but have new beds, kitchens and bathroom so was fine for price paid. Had a little sea view between bushes. See pic 📸

If I could give it 6* I would. Love it here and probably the best short break I've had. Was much needed! The walk to the secluded st Mary's Bay was truly incredible. Stayed in B3 with Lisa and she was the top host!

Amazing location with beautiful views. Right on the SW Coastal Path and adjacent to Berry Head Nature Reserve, where there is a cute cafe. We sat on the deck and had some lovely times with wine and food. Note that the park has changed back to the original owners, and will no longer be part of Park Holidays after April, so entertainment and activities may be more limited. A beautiful place.

This looks great but went online and there's no bookings for dates in 2025...why? Just seems weird with the current climate that companies don't take every opportunity to do business..

Had a great 4 days here. Staff were friendly with my kids and I (bar, breakfast, shop, entertainment and maintenance men around the site) Room and cottage chalet clean and well maintained.
Beautiful coastal walk right on site.
One complaint....the cleanliness of the toilet and changing areas on the pool side. I mentioned it to staff on the day but they said yes it's dated....no its dirty and the lifeguard and cleaners need to get scrubbing as it's disgusting.

Other than this we had a great time and would highly recommend for a quiet peaceful few days away.

We went after season, so entertainment was pretty quiet but the location was amazing, one night we took a five minute walk down the road to sit on the coast and watch a thunderstorm out at sea, ill never forget that. I personally prefer wet and windy weather but even in the summer time the views would make it totally worth it

We’ve just had a great midweek break. Our caravan was superb, comfortable, spotless and so well equipped.Thank you Kelly and Chrissy.
The park itself was immaculate. The ladies in the shop were friendly and chatty.
Unfortunately the pools were closed so we didn’t get to experience the facilities, a shame.
We would definitely recommend the holiday park.

Very clean and tidy caravan. If you think you will be lounging on the decking for any length of time take a parasol and sunbed but otherwise reasonably well appointed. Dog exercise area enclosed and safe and plenty big enough to throw a ball. Would definitely stay here again. I got the sense that there are a lot of returning visitors as well as owners which is totally understandable. Lovely.

We have just spent a wonderful weekend at the park. Such a beautiful area, the club house is extremely vast with plenty of seating around. The Park stars Alex and Joanne did an excellent job, on the Friday the charades game show was hilarious and on Saturday the female singer was fabulous. Food in the venue is fantastic the house burger was huge great value for money. We also had the scampi and chips all cooked to order and served quickly. Bar staff where very friendly and helpful, we met the retail manager Simon extremely polite, and welcoming. We will certainly be back later in the year. Xx

This park deserves 100 stars, from the phone call a week before our arrival just to make sure things were good, to the very warm welcome when we arrived, even the dog got a little treat as a welcome! The staff are amazing here, nothing is too much trouble, they are smiling even in the rain. Our first visit, we have already booked to come back later in the year! The walls are pretty amazing, with views our to sea. We have been to the restaurant and eaten, enjoyed every mouthful, there's nothing that we have found to complain about. There are several holiday park providers that should learn from these guys, we know who we are booking with in future!

I live here most of the time. The location is perfect for South Devon and the views are staggeringly beautiful.
Avoid the park manager as he’s an old curmudgeon….
