Brilliant service, a very wide stock of hardware, tools and a key cutting service and the keys work!

Staff are amazing, really helpful. Treat every customer with respect, you are not a customer you are family.

They know what they are doing. They know their stuff! Haha.

If am unsure about something, I can go in and ask them for help. They stop what they are doing (unless there is another family member in the shop) and help. I don't know where I would be without these guys!

I always come back. Prices are very reasonable. Cheap but high end quality stuff. I recommend this place 100000000000% every time.

Small, old business but the first place I go for anything. Lovely staff. Family run. No more helpful people exist. Love this shop and hope it always stays open. We need more shops like these.

Great variety of hardware and very helpful.

Love this shop. Always helpful. Can guess what I want from vague description or advise on what would work better. If they don't have it can often order it in. Know their trade well unlike some of the big DIY stores.

This place is "Arkwright's from the TV". But in real life. I have never been in there without getting whatever I wanted.... Or it will be there within a couple of days. The staff are fantastic and so helpful and knowledgeable.

Needed to do a small awkward job - needed some bits and bobs, not exactly a shipping order, but Alan and Mel were absolutely fabulous with their patience, help and advice. Thank God for places like this!!!
