Recently had our old lawnmower serviced here and they did a great job. Callum was really helpful today with advice around fuel and maintenance as well as helping us getting it started again.

Went in to see and compare chainsaws the other day, was greeted by very friendly staff who were happy to talk to me and discuss my needs. Ended up getting a very nice saw among other essentials for a decent price. Decent customer service is something that I really appreciate, so was glad to give them my business and will return in the future. Thank you

By far and away the best company i have ever used. The staff are brilliant and cant do enough to help you there advice is brilliant and there costs are as competitive if not more so than there competitors. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently purchased a pole hedge trimmer from Gustharts, and I must say, Callum provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find the perfect tool for my needs. Dropped in with chainsaw last week, they gave me a ball park figure for repair, and picked it up to be invoiced less than originally stated, very honest.
Also, had problem with lawnmower that is a make they don’t usually repair, they took a look, and it was a simple fix (to a professional, not me!) and they kindly did not charge for their time.
All round, friendly, professional, and makes you want to be a repeat customer.

Brilliant staff, we had problems with some machines this morning and needed spark plugs. Gustharts had them in stock and meant we got back out working quickly and the price was great for them too. Also helped us decide on some new Stihl machinery. Thanks again lads saved me a major headache today

We went to buy a chainsaw. Mike gave us great advice and answer all our questions. He set the saw up, started it and gave us tips on use and maintenance. The price was excellent, the service outstanding. I cannot recommend Gustharts too highly! Probably the best customer service I have ever had!

A great shop for outdoor tools, machinery and servicing. I am very much an amateur but their range of items and specialist tools is superb. Everything from a robotic lawnmower to a petrol driven chainsaw with all of the safety gear. They also sell protective clothing, maintenance gear and climbing tackle. Fully fitted workshop for servicing of chainsaws and other mechanical gear for tree surgery. Excellent and friendly staff who helped me with my minor purchases and a very friendly dog.

Top notch experience here. I was looking to make a big and important purchase, and needed some good advice. I had a superb experience the guys were very honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I got a discount and was delighted with the price. Really nice shop. If I ever need help, repairs or more products this will be my first port of call.

Absolutely outstanding service from a top drawer local business. Not only do the lads really know their stuff, think about their customer needs and do everything to help but also matched internet pricing and even gave my little girl a toy chainsaw as a gift.

I ordered a lance for my pressure washer, my mistake I ordered an extension lance incorrectly on line. I was travelling past the site and called in. Dealt with Chris who was great, the correct part I needed wasn’t in but he kindly gave me one from a machine on display which saved my inconvenience. Fantastic service and the part was cheaper too! Will buy again and recommend

Had been messed about with another supplier trying to get a sawhorse, so ordered from Gustharts instead. Although they were out of stock and there was a long delay due from the manufacturer, they then went above and beyond ringing around other suppliers who might have one, and after tracking one down then arranged for it to be dispatched the same day. Received emails and calls throughout keeping me updated, and was top rate customer service, really helped me out and I will be recommending them from now on

I use gardening gear and abuse gardening gear and these guys fix said broken gardening gear. They know machines inside out and don't make repairs that aren't needed. You take a piece of equipment to them not working and it comes back fixed with a bill for only what was needed and required. Used for 15 years or more now and will continue to do so.

Ordered something on line and it was too small so spoke to chap who was very helpful and the thing was replaced within a few days. Great aftercare service, would recommend this company. Quality gear too.

The best place you can go for sthil chainsaws etc. I'm the second generation and still buying from them. They really know there job excellent that's all I can say

Great place for anything arb related, range of kit, tools and ppe not to be beaten. We use for all our arb kit.
They are a stihl agent selling a range of power tools from domestic to commercial.
Servicing is also available.
Competitively priced, staff are friendly and really know their stuff, highly recommended

To any one that reads a review. The people at this shop are by far and away the VERY BEST I have came across for sales and knowledge of the products they sell (Stihl Chainsaws) Ten out of Ten for knowledge. Ten out of Ten customer care.
I only buy a few bits here and there for a few saws I run.
The owner has a great team here.
