I recently purchased a carpet from the store and cannot recommend the store enough! From start to finish Tara was brilliant! She kept in regular contact with my partner and I throughout the whole process. Her professionalism was unmatched in the store and has really made us feel at ease during the moving process. Well done Tara and Carpetright Cramlington!

Tara was fantastic and helpful.
She even sat and did colouring with my toddler while I looked at samples.

Purchased hardwood flooring from carpet right, everything went to plan, wood delivered as agreed, fitters arrived on time and completed job to timescale. Very pleased with finished job, very tidy workers throughout and importantly, my wife loves the new flooring. Furniture next.....

Had a concern about joins in my hall carpet, spoke to the manager at Cramlington store and she has sorted it by providing new carpet.

Cramlington store didn't have the carpet I required, but Emma went on a mission! She searched all the stores nation wide till she found some and had it delivered to Cramlington for me. All packaged up and ready for collection today. Super good service, thanks

Great service from start to finish. Only carpet shop in the area that can arrange fitting for you, others you have to arange it yourself. Emma kept in touch with us between ordering and fitting and then Steve came at the allotted time and did a great job fitting our Laminate wood flooring. Was quick and tidy, taking everything away and cleaned up the room when finished. Highly recommended

Tara was excellent. She talked through everything I would need. As well as helping me to determine what I wanted she also advised me that the could uplift the laminate and all the xtras I would need. I have arranged for them to screed the concrete so everything is sorted. Well done Tara.
