Really excellent customer service at Halfords Cramlington today from Ryan. Incredibly helpful but in a nice low key way that didn't make me feel like an idiot. He and a colleague also reacted patiently and politely to a disgruntled and grumpy customer. Highly recommend this branch.

The guy at the till very cheerful got me an extra £5 off the item I bought that was also discounted by 20% very pleased with the service and the purchase thanks a bunch

Very helpful and friendly, seem to take time to help and go out their way to try sort problems or queries what ever they may be... been coming here for a fee years now and never fail to assist.

I got to Manor Walks Halfords 2 minutes before closing as my headlight had gone out and I had a long drive ahead of me. I was able to come in and buy the bulb but had missed the deadline for fitting by over half an hour. As I was paying at the till Darris came out and offered to fit the bulb anyway without me even asking. My car was ready to go again within minutes! Excellent service, really helpful staff and I'd highly recommend.

I went to Cramlington Halfords today to get things I needed for my car. The staff member I spoke to (name I can’t remember) but he was very very helpful and I enjoyed the experience of having experienced staff in the store that knew exactly the items I required. I’ve had a frustrating month after a car crash, the insurers gave me a voucher to replace my baby seat. Halfords website would not allow me to input the code given. I entered the Cramlington store and within minutes Patrick had processed my order and voucher. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service! Both front headlight bulbs went on the same day. We tried several garages, but none could fit us in the same day. Drove to Halfords, Cramlington and were seen by an extremely helpful gentleman who very quickly changed both bulbs and resolved the problem. It had been a very stressful experience, trying other garages, and we really needed it sorted before dark. We received excellent service. Very polite, helpful and quick service. Thank you!

I went in to pick out a bike that I have been given a voucher for through a Cycle 2 Work scheme. I hadn't done this before so was kind of confused on how to go about it, but knew what bike I wanted. The young lad Matthew helped me with everything I needed to know and his customer service was fantastic 👏 very happy with the service 😀

Great customer service from John. Patient and knowledgable and answered every question I had as I don’t have a clue about cars! The other 2 lads on shift were also great but didn’t catch their names. Thanks John!

I had ordered a child car seat online..
It was delivered the next day.
Washable cover was missing and the base was all scratched.
It has obviously been returned by a customer as the box had two layers of parcel tape and the bag unsealed.
The staff at Cramlington were great..could not apologise enough and swiftly ordered an exchange.
Very happy but very surprised that Halfords warehouse would send out a product that had been previously returned.

Visited hafords Cramlington and the young lad that helped me with my bike was so helpful and very polite I'll be back in the future for his help as I was very impressed with his politeness and he fixed my brake levers in minutes with a simple Allan key very good service

Mark. Very very helpful can not do enough to help fix any problem .I appreciate everything he does. To get me back on my bike as I use it. 7 days a week. Great man.

I asked a member of staff for advice. He was busy -but left what he was doing and offered the help I needed. I asked if he would fit the part -the weather was horrible, but without hesitation he went out did the job and left a satisfied customer.

I cannot thank the lads enough who helped me out this afternoon. Warren in particular was helpful and went above and beyond! Seriously nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you!

Visited today for a Shimano derailier adjuster the one on the end of the cable. Didnt have the adjuster but a few minutes check on second hand/scrap bikes produced the part. Dare i say FOC.

The whole experience was first class ! Easy to place order and we were kept informed of progress! The item ordered was delivered via "Click and collect" and arrived earlier than promised! well riced also!

Fantastic service!
Needed car headlight bulbs replacing, I was served straight away and the fitting was completed in only a few minutes!
Staff were really friendly and helpful, got oil checked and screenwash topped up at no additional charge. I’ll be using Cramlington Halfords again in the future!
