Fantastic customer service from 10 Anthony, explained everything perfectly quick and simple. Great product knowledge and sorted out the delivery process and was exactly as he said.
Also the delivery drivers were very good, called when on way turned up on time, took the washer upstairs no problem and left it neat and tidy where I wanted it. Great service all round pleasure to shop there.

Used online ordering and let them know I was there using the email link.
When I arrived at the store, it was straight to the collection point to grab the item.
Chap arrived with the ordered item, and we were away.

Saw Michael on Thursday to buy new tumble dryer. Good range. Explained products well. Looked for sales rep Risha who served me on Wednesday but not at work.

Came in for a new phone contract, was served by MAX! Max is an absolute legend and is a boss at his job. Got us through the process as quick as he could whilst also help 3 other staff do their jobs and making sure any waiting customers were checked on and not ignored. Hope this guy gets paid right for how hard he works 💪

Went in today off the cuff as my phone wouldn’t take charge, I wasn’t expecting an outcome straight away but Anthony went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me. I really appreciated this as I need my phone for work. My charging port was cleaned out while I waited and Anthony was helpful and friendly while doing it. I will be back soon to buy a new phone. Great work and really appreciate the help!

Located on the Southern skirts a Berwick, Ord House enjoys a great location to explore the exceptional North East coastline. Berwick Town is just a short walk (20 mins) from the site. The site itself is very well looked after and for touring campers (me) the toilet block is excellent. There are some great onside leisure facilities for children. The new(ish) restaurant is pretty good too. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. There are a good number of static vans on the site too. Definitely worth a visit, even if you have been there already.

The service is beyond excellent. The employees are very respectful, elegant in dealing, and cooperative to the utmost degree.

Went into the store as had issues with a new iPhone and 2 hours on the phone companies web chat had failed to sort it. They said we needed a new Sim so we went to Curry’s to get it. Initially Kate and then Simon were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and sorted things out for us.

After being fobbed off at the metro centre branch and technical issues with their website we drove to the Silverlink branch and Harry came over to assist. Straight away Harry gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing and bent over backwards for us even though the pc was not in stock in their branch he ordered it for us for delivery. He was very patient and saved Christmas for us. The guy needs a medal. Thanks Harry

Very friendly and helpful staff. Also the prices seemed fair, I checked online for the headphones I wanted and they came up the same on every website.

Needed a new printer. Took all information away with me. Came back a week later and bought the printer most suitable for me. Staff very patience.

Free parking. Large store ideal for first hand comparisons. Helpful and friendly staff. Slightly annoying that TV prices are displayed on screen not shelf meaning a wait for the screen to come up.

Great shopping experience with Currys, Silverlink, 66 Richa, on Monday. Found the perfect American style fridge freezer for our kitchen. 66 Richa was very helpful and friendly. Fabulous.

I want to say a big Thank You to Zack (assistant 37). I’ve never been out in 3 years until today and Zack made sure I didn’t have people around me and dealt with everything I needed with no problem.
