I visited this store to get some advice and support with make up. I would like say a huge thank you to Colette who works on the Dior counter. She was not only knowledgeable but she made both myself and my cousin feel at ease. This beautiful lady went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank her enough. Thank you Colette ! Popped in to pick a click and collect also decided to get something my hubby was after checked that they stocked it would be helping if it could show which Isle it was in. It was quiet due to the time but the music gave it a good vibe 👍

Very friendly staff helped us find all we needed for hubby's up coming Africa trip. There only place we could find good insoles for someone very flat footed. Large range of medical orthotics. Recommend this branch to anyone requiring support for a limb!

I bought some perfume and an aftershave set for my daughter and son , staff member Maria helped me choose as I was unsure, she was really helpful and really went out of her way to help me such a lovely lady,

Decent size boots plenty to choose from. For me personally, I would like to see more self-service tills as there are not many in this store

Visited on 20th December 2022 for Christmas presents under pressure and not quite knowing where to find items during a very busy period. Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to get me to the purchases I required. Very impressive and efficient service, many thanks!

Was helped by Charlotte in the Beauty dept who was incredibly helpful and informative. She listened to me, made her recommendations and I never felt pressure to buy. It was her knowledge of the products and ability to listen to what my concerns were and match me with the right products.

Really happy with her service, I bought a lot of premium products and am really confident with what I got.

Was served by the Georgia today in the beauty section she helped me with foundation, primer and mascara. She is an asset to the store she didn't settle on okay matches of foundations she found the perfect one! Not pushy on anything and was very helpful! She was lovely from start to finish and had a great chat with her too. Thanks again Georgia you were amazing!
