We needed to buy some Christmas stuff and they have a standing stag that we liked. I had my suspecisions because of the old fashioned catalogue, the dated website etc, but it worked out pretty well in terms of delivery. However part of the stag was faulty (not the store's fault), and they quickly arranged a replacement for us and Amy Bald is great throughout this process, providing excellent customer service and helping us track down the delivery. All in all great service, and it's nice to know that these local businesses can deliver service better than those big online merchant like Amazon (I order a lot from Amazon). Don't know how we would have got through the recent lockdown without these guys. Many thanks to all the volunteers who manned the warehouse from the minute they re-opened. Lifesavers:-)
