Argos Throckley (Inside Sainsbury's)

Great Argos I ordered at 8 minutes before collecting and collection was super quick! Will definitely use this Argos again.

Fantastic customer service from Argos Throckley.....a young man called Joe served us, he was amazing very polite and professional. We had to exchange our TV as it wasn't working we had a 4 year guarantee, he even took our TV to the car, couldn't ask for much more Thankyou Joe

I have a product mini saw 500w that has had a fault and we bought on line. my nearest store to exchange is in Sainsbury's in Throckley, so I have phoned for a replacement the person I spoke to was helpful and polite and has ordered my replacement to be picked up at a time convenient. well done Barry Hickman you have my thanks keep up the good work.

Had a great experience using this Argos. Was greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. The entire range of products I was choosing between were all in stock and inexpensive. I got all the extra info I needed when I was in there. Then once I'd picked, payment was a doddle on the little machine and then it was ready for me to collect within seconds. Genuine service with a smile. Beats other Argos stores I've used so I'll be using this one again. Also it's so handy with it being inside Sainsbury's and there's loads of free parking too.

Service has always been outstanding. Staff are friendly, approachable and always ready to go the extra mile to help make your experience a positive one. A great addition to the local area with fantastic customer service.

I have used this branch of Argos since it opened. Right up until the covid lockdown. A jobsworth security guard at the front door refused to let me in to collect 1 item saying I had to stand in quite a long queue of customers waiting to do theirs grocery shop. I explained that I wouldn't be purchasing anything just collecting an item. He still refused despite ppl in the queue saying it was ok.
I simply left, went home and cancelled my order.
