Homebase - Blyth

Called this evening after online technical issues ordering 6 tins of paint. Gavin (my youngest son is a Gavla) was most helpful, friendly and polite and sorted my purchases out for me. What a credit to the store he is! Sadly these days, many staff in retail seem to have lost these qualities, often unhelpful, with a can't be bothered kind of attitude and many rude at times. Thank you for your kind help💫

Gavin and his staff colleagues at the Blyth store were super helpful sorting out damaged parts for a BBQ I had bought using Click and Collect.They were friendly,efficient and brilliant at dealing with the issue.Great after sales service!

Everything well signposted, quickly arrived at aisle for my product. Store was quiet so got through checkout quickly. Would shop again.

Ordered on line and picked up without any problems. It was also the only place to in SE Northumberland that stocked what I required. Staff were helpful and wanted to look after you.

Exceptional service. In an act of desperation I telephoned many Homebase's for one pack of laminate flooring to no avail. Eventually I contracted this store. All I can say is, WOW! The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond. In particular Dawn, who searched high and low for the pack I needed. Upon arriving at the store, the excellent customer service continued with the lady who served me, Ann. Dawn actually came over to ensure that it was the correct product. One extremely impressed customer!!
