Asda Blyth Cowpen Road Supermarket

Ok, so doesn’t have selection of big stores but has compensations. Find staff extremely helpful, special mention for Susan. So good with old folk, like us, helpful above and beyond . Seen some negative reviews but always remember, treat staff well and it pays its own rewards.

All on one level so great for disabled people. Automatically open doors so great for wheelchair access. Toilets near front right of store. Fantastic range of clothes. Fantastic stock range of cds, dvds, software's tv's etc as well. More food supplies that keep any kitchen full.

I was told to reject an order last Tuesday. The delivery man called Paul rejected it before he could offload it. I have been in touch with customer services numerous times and still have not received my £68 back a week later. Disgraceful customer services indeed Asda.

Shop is always clean and staff arw super friendly . I come multiple times a week on my way to work :)

It's a good place to go shopping but at the moment people are going and not thinking about other people they are buying things that they won't use for weeks or maybe never use

I've shopped at Asda for years but find there are more tills being taken off for these awful self scanners which are a lot slower and always needing staff anyway for one reason or another, nightmare. BRING BACK THE TILLS .
