Highly recommended. Service very nice and friendly staff. Food was delicious. Dogs are welcome.

Really cute cafe with great healthy options. They had a lot of vegetarian options too. It’s been hard to find healthy food/salad options in Wales and this was just what I needed. I also loved the elderflower soda. It was light yet flavorful and locally made.

What a great little stop off, very accommodating & friendly. I had the jacket potatoes with chilli & my partner had the chilli nachos.. Absolutely no complaints for us it was all fresh & served well.

Lovely cafe, visited during a very busy day but staff were friendly and helpful despite the sudden lunch rush. Very tasty food and cakes.

Lovely building now. But coffee was bitter, choc’ cupcake was tasteless.

Hope it gets better next year we visit.

Called in for lunch today. A beautiful building that looked very inviting. A good varied menu with a choice of veggie/ vegan options. It was very busy (especially due to the weather).

I had a vegan bwdi bowl which was plentiful and I didn’t have to wait too long. However, the staff wern’t as quick when it came to clearing tables. Our table wasn’t cleared or wiped down (even when our food was brought to us). It was the same for other diner’s, some even cleared the table themselves!

Unfortunately some of the service experienced today was a very poor example of customer service in the hospitality industry. No matter how young or experienced waiting staff are they should have basic understanding of what a diner needs for a good lunchtime service. I do hope things improve in time as it has the potential to be a lovely eatery.

Grumpy waitress
Called in for coffee and cakes. The waitress looked like she she’d rather be anywhere else but at work. Coffee order was wrong and replaced reluctantly. All of the items ordered we put as far away from us as possible. we were looking forward to trying the new cafe but won’t be returning. Luckily there are much nicer places for coffee and cake locally.

Very cheap ingredients in breakfast bap. At £7 each I'd expect better. Sloooow service despite more staff than I've ever seen work a cafe.

Order cup of tea coffee and scone
Waited over 12 minutes to received hot drinks after asking again then told that scone was on the way another 5 minute wait
The scone was stale
Staff stood talking while drinks were sitting on work top

Cafe looks impressive however service and refreshments very poor
£2.80 for a tea bag in a cup

Looked nice from the outside, but the service was awful, staff rude and literally waited 40 minutes for cake and coffee (was going to get breakfast, but missed it by one minute, and even though our friends order one place in front of us, they wouldn't allow it). Id probably avoid if you're in any form of hurry.

Waited 45 minutes for mediocre food, front of house staff were more interested in their conversations than serving customers. The chefs were on their phones whilst we were waiting for our food, far too over priced for the quality of food. Would not recommend.

Food was okay, although after looking at my bank statement I was overcharged for my sandwich!

Service honestly wasn't great. The table number was missing so I kept having other people's food brought to me. Despite being the only person waiting at the counter, the staff just finished their conversation before deciding to acknowledge I was stood there...

In summary - average food and very disorganised staff (despite the cafe being less than half full).

Don't bother, walked out after 10 minutes. Didn't even acknowledge us. RUDE!
