McDonald's

The staff were friendly and attentive, providing good customer service during my visit. The food met McDonald's standards, which suggests it was prepared well and tasted as expected.
Convenience is always a plus, especially if the location is within walking or driving distance from your home.
This McDonald's location provides a satisfactory experience overall.

What wold you expect more from McDonald’s rather than their traditional meals.
Well today I was treated very well and the Burger was sooooo full of flavour that we enjoyed every bite.

Order is bought to my table very quickly, all of the staff are very friendly and are happy in their jobs, I meet a couple of work colleagues every week for a bite before work

My family think this is the best McDonald's they've ever used. We come to Suffolk for our summer stay cations and without fail they have to come here.

Service is speedy, but the food is not always piping hot and if you use an external company such as just eat, expect your food to be cold on arrival. Orders are not always satisfactory, this is due to staff at McDonald’s not checking the orders properly

Parking is abysmal with a very small and tight carpark to the side of the restaurant

McDonald's was nice. The place was kept lovely and clean. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. There were plenty of places to sit. There was ample parking outside including disabled parking. There was a disabled entrance and disabled toilets. We had a nice meal as well and everything was good.

Every Macdonalds food is the same but the service at this place is beyond compare.

We got there at a busy time, but service was very fast and team very friendly.
I'm not the biggest fan of this type of food, but it kept us full and it was tasty too

This McDonald's is very clean and the staff friendly.
There is a small parking area with 2 disabled spaces next to the entrance.
When we went they seemed to be cooking to order which is what we prefer.
Definitely one of the better McDonald's restaurants

I elected to request table service which came in reasonable time. The busy restaurant was bustling but soon this abated to comfortable. I inadvertently ordered an extra side salad, (I think it was my error), there was no observable way to cancel my order & start again.

Good staff service very slow 45 minutes wait for food which was hot when I got it

Good service. Definitely better than the one in Lowestoft. Food is usually correct. Coffee machine broke after I had paid once, sorted it out so I got a free coffee another day. Can't knock 'em.

No service today-daughter was asked to collect from tills. I pads were down-100% charge, but 2 or 3 not loading 😔

No problems. Coping with the current Covid situation well. Only the drive thru is open and there was a long queue of cars so I thought I'd have to wait for ages, but I didn't! ! The staff swiftly dealt with every customer politely, quickly, and was served with lovely hot freshly cooked food....very impressed!! 😊

What can I say, what a McDonald's!! Simply amazing, best McDonald's in pakefield!! Orders a bit Mac meal (regular) with a fanta (no ice)! Chips were hot and fresh and burger actually resembled the picture (kinda).
If you want quick somewhat tasty food delivered in a somewhat timely manner then this is the pace for you!! Amazing, wow wow wow!
