Perdal Body Repair Centre

My insurance company assigned my vehicle to be repaired by Perdal after a rear shunt. Perdal were absolutely professional from start to finish. There was a slight problem with the locking mechanism on the tailgate after repair and they sourced a replacement part and had it fitted in less than 24 hours of notification. The replacement took less than 20 minutes. I can’t recommend them enough. Fantastic service

My Car got hit at the end of November. The same day the garage contacted me to let me know my car was being collected the next morning.l( all arranged through insurance) Within 3 days the car was assessed and a quote was given for the fix. Parts were then ordered. I had access to a website that showed me every step of the way what was happening with my car. Due to the Christmas holidays my car wasn’t ready until 5th Jan 2024 but I had a hire car and everything was flawless. Every person I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable and gave me realistic timescales. I came to collect my car and not only does my car look brand new and you wouldn’t even know the amount of work that had been done, they gave my car a full internal and external valet which was a lovely suprise , as I had planned on getting it washed and hoovered that night. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing body repairs done and there warranty they give is fantastic. Thank you for fixing my car to such an amazing standard.

Just received my car back from Perdal after having repairs following a rear end collision. New bumper, new tailgate and other mechanical parts replaced. I was apprehensive as I've had negative experiences with body shops before and I have an eye for detail, but I was very pleased with result. It looks better than it did prior to the crash, communication was excellent and the turn around (once the parts had arrived) was very quick. If your insurance company sends you here I'm sure you'll be pleased with the result.

Perdal were recommended by my insurer after an accident on the ice resulting in damage to my car. The car had previously been rejected from two other garages closer to home as they were at capacity, but I got a call from Perdal the day i selected them asking to pick the car up.

The staff who I dealt with were polite and informative, and even managed to get me a courtesy car (2022 Citroen C3) earlier than expected.

Hand over was smooth and on the exact date that they estimated completion would be, and the car looks as if it was never damaged. Thank you for all your hard work and making the process so painless.

Received my Jaguar XE back yesterday after having it repaired by Perdal Body Repair, after an accident were my car was reversed into causing some extensive damage to the front of the car. Recieved frequent and thorough comms from them throughout repair and very happy with the work carried out.

Excellent service from everyone. A good job on the car and it was delivered back to the door, cleaned, polished and vacuumed. Very pleased.

Firstly I will say everyone is human and mistakes happen. If you want to be treat with respect then you have to give respect. Spot on to this garage.
My car was in an accident so this was accident repair. I found the customer service was second to none. Albeit a few small/minor issues at first but they way they dealt with my concerns was brilliant.
The repair job is brilliant. Paintwork very good, suspension rebuilt and all back together. It drives and looks like new. Thank you to all in the garage for there professionalism.
And also they went above and beyond. When they dropped the car off for me, I was taking the car seat out of the courtesy car. I got a call from them, ever so concerned that the seat I was using for my grand daughter was the seat that had been in the crash and I should stop using this as it would most likely have suffered damage. After I explained this was a new one, they breathed a sigh of relief. I was taken back by their concern for me and my family. So if I could give more stars I would.
I highly recommend this garage for repairs. Thank you for your hard work.

Excellent repair to paintwork and dent caused by another driver. (Paid for by their insurer). Quick service - it was ready when they said it would be. And it was thoroughly cleaned and polished inside and out!
