Called in shop today. Met Michael who was filling up one of the freezers. My mobility was not good today so I asked him about a particular product and did they have any. He was unsure but insisted I stay where I was while he checked. He returned with the product and even carried it to the checkout fir me. Absolutely exemplary customer service and deserves to be recognised by his employer. 5 star service.

Very impressed with such a large choice of food and other items to buy. The store is spacious and clean, and the staff helpful.

Had some good offers here with items 3-5 items for £10, this is more of a bulk buy place but fridges were well stocked with food and a varied choice of frozen food.

Good selection of frozen, fresh, and dry foods. Labelling was somewhat confusing especially on the frozen chip offers. Really enjoyed the over 60 discount (with Iceland card and proof of age) of 10%. Good value for older shoppers on Tuesdays only.

Depends what you are wanting to buy, a few good deals on, staff always helpful and pleasant. Average prices probably alongside most other big supermarkets

Very helpful staff there’s one guy in particular if he sees you buying something and knows there’s a deal on that product he’ll tell you, which is really helpful, clean tidy store lots of products, shelves and freezers always full.. thankyou.
