We went by the steam train from Paignton which is a gentle ride. It's worth pre booking. Save time not sure if it's any cheaper, the carriages even had names on them pity we were not in the one with my name on it

Jonathan at the Torquay store at the changing rooms couldn’t have provided a better service today. Smile on face and certainly put a smile on mine. What a joy of a man.

Absolutely loved this place definitely worth a visit , just a note on the toilet situation if your not using the Cafe you will have to pay 2euros to use the toilet .

Managed to get a top and great backpack and incredible price.

Great range of products at very reasonable prices and some brilliant Halloween and other seasonal items.
They also have good prices (and some unusual) chocolate so that's always worth checking out too.
Weird shoes though .. love looking at the weird shoes!

Friendly staff. There was a friendly chap on the fitting rooms, he allowed me to try on about 10 coats just before store was closing which I appreciated. Great selection of stuff. Also some gold label stuff at great value.

Lovely store, plenty of quality sale items. can take some time to sift through the vast amount of goods for sale. Always a bargain to be found, if you've got the time and patience.

Great store for excellent prices on designer clothing. Lovely handbags and purses, designer if that's what you desire. Social distancing measures in place. Staff are always friendly and polite.

Brilliant! I went back for an item I had spotted a few days ago and it was still there. It was meant to be! The staff on the checkout were very friendly and polite as always.

Nothing has changed. All good stuff to buy for a really great price. This time we bought sets of Le Creuset stuff for the Kitchen. Very nice too various colours to mix it up a bit.👍👍😁😁. I got a New Wallet and a Beno Hat!🤠🤠 Great stuff. Look forward to returning for more great deals.😁😁👍👍..

Fantastic variety of products. You have to root around but it's part of the fun. The checkout staff are really pleasant. Great value shopping.
