I had my hybrid bike serviced and it was a big service due to the number of miles I’ve racked up recently. The customer service I received from Sam at Cycleshack was second to none.

I dropped my bike off, received a phone call the next day explaining what was required and how much it was cost.
All the work was completed and I had my bike back in little over a week.

Honestly, I think the bike is better now that when I bought.

I can’t recommend Cycleshack in Eastbourne enough, I will definitely be using them again.

Really impressive service from all the team from first contacting about purchasing the bike, through to collection and use. Lots of useful information provided to me and care taken to ensure correct sizing and bike set up to my requirements including fitting all of my accessories. Going forward I will be happy to return for servicing and maintenance needs.

Great professional service from the first exploratory phone call to getting the work (1500 km service on an ebike) done. Clear explanations of what they will be doing and why. The facility is spacious with parking right outside.

Very positive experience buying a new e-MTB from Sam at Cycleshack. The model I wanted was sold out until August, but he searched and found one that was with a dealer who had gone bust. He modified it to my specifications and I had it within days. Lovely bike to ride.

Sam and his team did an excellent job on my Trek X caliber 8, and Trek Emonda. I will be returning to them regularly for servicing, parts and new bikes.

Sam managed to fit a dropper seat post onto my Liv embolden mountain e-bike with no trouble at all in good time and reasonable cost. I have already recommended my friends and family to visit cycle shack and Sam is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely go back for any of my cycling needs.

Went with a good idea of the bike I wanted and met Sam and James who couldn’t have been more friendly and super helpful. I was able to do a short ride on 2 bikes which helped in choosing the right size. There was absolutely no pressure sales but the next day I phoned and spoke to another Sam and was able to get a deal on a great bike. Brilliant. Thank you so much

First time using Cycleshack Polegate. First impressions good. Nice and easy to get to/park. Took bike in with broken cable, they sorted quickly and at a very good price, the shifting now feels like when the bike was new. Highly recommended,will definitely be using them in future cheers guys.

Serviced my wife's bike which had been standing for a number of years. Came back like new. Was kept informed of costs as they became apparent. Couldn't fault the service. Would have been nice had it been a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

I took my bike in to the Guys at Cycleshack - Polegate for a well needed service and I knew there was going to be some additional work required before I stepped through the door. The Service was carried out and the extra work that was required spanned over a few weeks as I needed the bike for the weekends. The teams customer service was excellent and the helped work around my need to have the bike back each weekend. The customer service, communication and there willingness to work with me means I would not hesitate to recommend the guys to anyone that needs advice or work doing.

Had my bike for just over a year and have always been very helpful wherever it's needed any work done. Would love if the website could list everything they sell, as I do shop elsewhere for bits as I can see if it's in stock first
