The Townhouse Ludlow

We stay at the Townhouse Hotel every time we visit Ludlow. The quality and standard of the rooms is excellent. If you like traditional beamed rooms then this place is for you. The prices ate comparable with other hotels in and around Ludlow.
My only criticism is that breakfast no longer included in the price. That said, three are plenty of fabulous little cafés to go and have breakfast all a few minutes walk from the hotel.

We had the king room and it was far more luxurious than I thought it was going to be. You have a lovely little courtyard, a big tub, bed the size of a small house, luxurious fittings, spitting distance to everything you need to see and do. Staff were exemplary. Just all round fantastic stay.

Amazing accomodation, can very highly recommend it.
Perfect location, right in the town centre. The rooms are spacious and have a great atmosphere.

Great place to stay. Six of us stayed here in three apartments and they were all very clean, comfortable. High quality furniture and furnishings, huge bathroom with stand alone bath and large shower, two sinks, separate wc with hand basin. Plenty of storage with everything you would need when away from home. Will definitely be staying here again when next in Ludlow. Highly recommended. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely perfect - from the very friendly chat over the phone when I phoned to enquire about the place, to the welcome when I picked up the keys and shown to the premises. The room was spotless and I'm a very fussy person. Also ease of access. Thank you so much for my wonderful stay.

Great location in the centre of town, charming good sized room, comfortable beds and quality coffees. Friendly welcome from Ed and his team at the Deli. Definitely recommend the Townhouse for a stay. Parking available a short walk away although if you have a lot of bags worth drawing up close by on Broad St first

We have just enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at the townhouse . After our disappointment with the The Bull Hotel .as we had booked with them for a 2 night stay all confirmed by the The Bull but when we arrived in Ludlow The Bull was closed up and the owner gone we had no where to stay no curtesy call from the Bul to say our stay was cancelled. Thanks to the Townhouse and all there kind staff they were able to offer us a room where we could enjoy our stay here in Ludlow thank you to you all perfect room perfect stay 😊

Excellent find right in the centre of Ludlow. Lovely charming rooms. Spacious. Complete with complimentary tea and coffee (including coffee machine) and bottled water. Fridge in room too.
Walk in shower and claw tub bath.
No parking so you need to be prepared to use the local car parks (surprisingly cheap!) about a 10-15 minute walk away.
If I'm staying in Ludlow again I wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

We stayed 1 night in Room 1 which is on the ground floor. The room was spacious,clean and tidy. Separate shower cubicle and bath which is a bonus. As well as a kettle with tea and hot chocolate, there is Nespresso coffee machine to set you up for the day!

This was the third time we have been here and every time we have had a great time. The room room is always we presented with lots of extras like a fridge with a mini bar, a good quality coffee maker and a wine cooler. There is also a good breakfast in a local delicatesant / small restaurant. We will be definitely coming back again.

I loved the location, as it is just seconds away from great food (Thai, English, French), the old church, and many historic buildings. It is a few minutes away from the castle and the river walk, which makes it a perfectly ideal location.

The furniture and bed were comfortable, the breakfast was delightful, and I got a kick out of having crossbeams in the shower room.

Breakfast was at an Italian deli just down from the hotel - we were a little disappointed as it was continental and we had been looking forward to a full English !

The price of the room including breakfast was £120 and great value for money

I would prefer to stay at their sister hotel The Charlton Arms just at the bottom of the hill

Brilliant suite with huge bed, modern and stylish bathroom and a very nice sitting room area. Hotel is located right in the centre of town, our room had good view of the market Square. Coffee and Tea available was a very good quality - room had a mini bar too. Staff very helpful and friendly.

What a fantastic place. We were in room 6, four poster bed, huge bathroom with shower and roll top bath. Separate lounge area with a second TV, settee and chair. Very cosy with lots of exposed beams. Five minute walk from the Castle. Loved it.

Absolutely fantastic place! A real gem. The room was spotlessly clean. Thank you to the staff who work so hard to keep the rooms immaculate. Breakfasts were amazing at the local delicatessen. Highly recommend it!!

Beautiful room with lovely bathroom. Loved sitting in the window overlooking the Ludlow streets. Would definitely return if in the area.

Superb, perfect place, central position beautiful building and the accommodation is wonderful original woodwork along with superb modern amenities, we couldnt have wished for a better place.
