Petrol prices better than a lot of service stations and the shop is well stocked. Staff very friendly.

Lovely staff and a great range of products. They always aim to please and on the rare occasion that its not on the shelf they will go and find it. Fresh baked goods are always on point and a great range of drinks including coffee machine, milkshakes and slush puppies.

Handling the (so-called) fuel shortage very well. No queue when I went and there was no limit on Diesel. A limit of 20 or 30 pounds would have been impractical for me so I'm very happy about that. All staff are friendly and helpful and the budgens store is very good, but a tad pricey as you'd expect at a fuel station.

Fantastic and helpful staff, visited here, got fuel then went out to my Range Rover to find the battery flat, the staff helped me and found me a gentleman called Dan who gave me a jump start with his van. They even helped me push it out of the way so it could be jump started.

Late home -8pm. On fumes, full of cold (man flu!). Filled up and wanted a newspaper. None in the rack outside. Went in to pay and asked the cashier if there were any papers left expecting the usual “No they’re all counted and ready to return.” But no!!! The lady couldn’t be more accommodating and searched through to find me a second choice, friendly above and beyond. This has NEVER happened before in 40 years. It’s the small things, isn’t it? Perked up a bit I stayed and bought some OTC medicines (£7) and thanked the lady for being so, well, her! Sharon is her name. She changed a chore in to a good experience! Thank you, Sharon. Harleston Service Station - take good care of Sharon, they’re hard to find!

Great service station, the staff are fab, shop has plenty to offer its always clean and tidy when I've been in and I'm always able to get what I want from the shop.

A beautiful lake surrounded by greenery and trees... Convenient access to the lake, access to fishing spots.. Comfortable, equipped places for the disabled and not only..

All good. Friendly staff and reasonably fuel prices in line with a small garage/shop. The small supermarket comes in very handy.

First time I've filled up here. No problems. Well stocked shop with some great different varieties and brands.

Staff always helpful and friendly. Never seem to run out of fuel. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for I guess.

Convenient, great selection of goods and the fuel is quite cheap for around these parts.

The first and only choice if you want fuel in Harleston. Coal, gas and charcoal are available as well. The new Budgens shop is an excellent upgrade on the old one, plenty of goods including fresh produce and a sensible price especially for a service station.
