First time I have been to this garage and certainly will not be last. Great service and very reasonable

I've been going to Giles Bros since 2005, would highly recommend them whether it's an MOT, service or fixing something that's gone wrong. I wouldn't trust any other garage. Honest, reliable and friendly

Booked in for MOT, work needed was priced very reasonably. Sorted same day, great!

Emergency breakdown call out. Went above and beyond - jumped started my car at road side and was willing to come in early to fit new starter moter to get me back on the road even though he was booked up as we were on holiday. Csnt thank them enough very genuine people.

Booked my car in for a MOT after a few recommendations from friends. Excellent service and nice and local to have a coffee in town while you wait. From drop off to collection was about 40 mins! Highly rated.

Brilliant service. They fitted my car in at the last minute and found out what was causing my knocking. I was able to go away in the car with no more noise.

Would definitely recommend, also an added bonus is the location in centre of town you can have a shop around while you cars being sorted.

I have an older car & have been bringing it to Giles Brothers for around 4 years now. Every time it has gone through the MOT without any issues. I could not praise the staff/ mechanics enough in this garage. Honesty is so hard to find these days, heck I don't even trust politicians, but these guys I do absolutely. I recommend them to anyone I can & as often as I can.

I have been taking my car here for years for work and Mot, amazing service great price. Never have they treated me like a lot of other garages just because I'm female. Couldn't recommended enough. Keep up the good work guys.

I've been going here for over 10 years to get MOTs and servicing done, which is always completed quickly and professionally at competitive prices. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable which is always a plus in my book. Would find it difficult to go anywhere else.

Cannot thank the chap who helped me out with my tyre problem enough. I pulled up with barely any air left in one of my front wheels , he informed me that they didn't deals in tyres but had a look for me , had to jack car up so that he could get some air in so that I could get to a tyre place to have it sorted, no idea of his name but a 5star guy for the help he gave me

I have used this garage for years and having tried many different garages across norfolk on my travels in the past, they are the most genuine and trusting garage I have ever used. Would never go anywhere else and have been using them for years now. Always professional and a really good job and price. All my family go to them and they are in my opinion the best garage in Norfolk. MOT today and it failed but helped me get sorted and back on the road with a free retest all on the same day. Don't get me wrong they were fully booked today but helped get me 'squeezed in' and all sorted. I think they currently have like a three week wait for the workshop ... Despite expanding they are still very busy ... But this is a reflection of how good they are!! Anyone who is looking for an honest garage try them and trust me you won't go anywhere else after. Thankyou all so much for always getting me back on the road 😀

Highly recommend this garage. Been taking my daughters car here for the last 4 years for its annual service and MOT's. Good value servicing, general maintenance and genuinely care about customers, going out of their way to help. Cambelt change / complete renewal of braking system last year was competitively charged. Had an ongoing issue with the airbag light on the dash and they reset it more than once without charge before I finally paid to get the replacement part which sorted the problem. Car serviced this weekend and my daughter visited me straight after and I noticed the car was dropping oil as she left my driveway - a serious amount. I called Rob this morning and within 1.5 hrs he had driven out to the car about 30 mins away to find the new oil filter was defective (a genuine manufacturer recommended part incidentally) which he replaced, topped the oil level again and ran. No charge of course and he has even offered to send out some cleaner for the driveway to remove the oil stain! I highly recommend this garage, which was recommended to me by my brother and father. A genuine, honest and reliable team of people in complete contrast to the stereotypical rip-off garages you hear about. 5 star recommended.

Brilliant service. Had an MOT, oil change and oil filter change. And they were great! Told me exactly what was wrong, and asked if I wanted it done with what cost it would be. And all done in the same day!

Good garage, done mot for my 2 cars and no random stuff pulling out good honest garage will use them

Been using Giles Bros for many years for MOT and work that needed doing. I emailed them recently regarding a exhaust that needed replacing after an MOT advisory but still haven't had a reply. I'm guessing they don't want the job..
