Great service overall. Easy to purchase online and online helpdesk agent was really helpful when we needed to change our online order.

Items turned up on the day we chose with a call from the driver an hour before arrival. They put the items in the room of our choice too.

The Carys small sideboard and the storage bench are both well built and sturdy. Colour is as described and compliments our kitchen theme.

Finest quality and value, choice and price was excellent.

Big thank you to lovely Ben, I needed one set of seat cushions (discontinued) for a full set ( purchased from another store and non on line) , he disappeared and appeared with what I needed, the system said non but he remembered seeing one set. Thank you Ben . X

Never been here before but what a revaluation a store with surprises round every corner. Well laid out all you need for your home lighting soft furnishings and furniture. Friendly staff willing to help you find what you want. I will definitely go back

We found ourselves just browsing around but positively surprised by staff friendliness and helpfulness. The indoor cafe staff was also very nice. While we didn't buy anything (this time), we had a nice experience and will come back again.

It is Dunelm, so always worth a trip. This store is over 2 floors and has been extended into the space formerly occupied by Topps Tiles. As a result, there is a great selection of bedding, towels, homewards, etc. There is a cafe on the first floor, with toilet facilities, accessible by stairs or a lift. It can get busy and parking is a little tight. Have always found a space, though.

Excellent service at the curtain counter. My friend is deaf and has bad eyesight. Your assistant couldn't have been more help. What a difference that made and she was able to buy curtains and other items as a result. Many thanks.

Great place for homeward item and other stuff you didn't know you needed until you walk in there and most the staff are friendly and helpful. One guy called Shaun very helpful aswell

Went in recently to find they had a bit of a swap around. They even have a cafe now, which was a pleasant surprise! Found exactly what I wanted with ease and was served by a really friendly member of staff

If you love to wander around a huge home furnishing store then you will love this shop. I had a great time. Huge range of everything for the home and a good pricing range. Wide range of coordinating items for every room you can think of.

A great Dunhelm with two floors and lots of things instore. The cafe is also on of the nicest Dunhelm cafes I've been too where you can sit in the window. The jacket potatoes are a favourite (well and the cakes!) And the kids meals are great as well

Large store on outskirts of Banbury. Very wide choice of practically anything you might need or want. Nice cafe on first floor accessible by lift. Large free ar park.
