I've got nothing but praise for the staff at the pharmacy, even when they are understaffed and it's busy they will do their best to help .
Friendly and amiable staff , can't fault them...five stars well deserved.

Called to this branch after I was let down by boots.com and the new Boots in Bicester (shambles).

Found what I'd ordered online that hadn't arrived and purchased 5 other items. The member of staff- Diana was a pleasure to meet. Smiling through her mask, polite, helpful. She told me how she was retired but had come back to help out... an ambassador for customer service if ever there was. Some stores could do with going back to training.

Popped into your store today to pick up a lateral flow test kit. My app was playing up and I was getting really anxious, I do suffer from anxiety. The gentleman named Ian was an absolute star, he went above and beyond to help me and my old mobile!!!! He was so patient and kind and really is an asset to your store. Thank you for his wonderful customer service, l left the store with my kit and feeling less anxious. 😊

Went in for No 7 products. Seen the same lady twice called Andreya on the No 7 counter and honestly can't fault her! So kind and willing to help. Knows her stuff about the products, highlights recommend seeing her if you have any questions. X

Always a really good range from medicine's to make-up and always got some good deals going on. Make sure you get a Boots card, it's free and when you have collected points you can spend them as cash on your item..free goods definatley has to be good.

Had our flu jabs this week. Service was great, the staff were friendly and reassuring. The process was quick and smooth.

This shop has a great pharmacy and their staff are always ready to help with any questions you may have medical and with your medications and the shop has good quality items and great offers and their staff are helpful as well i would recommend this store.
