We love this shop, our whole family could spend all day in there. Amazing value books and jigsaws. The staff are very friendly and even recognize us from popping in the cromer store the day before. A must for any bookworm.or puzzle fan.

Best selection of puzzles we have seen. Better than John Lewis by a long shot! Good brands - Ravensburger and Falcon Deluxe among others. We picked up two 1000 pieces and are looking forward to them. Owner was very friendly. Will come again next time we visit to feed our puzzle addiction!

Huge range of jigsaws. From 1st puzzles to 3000 piece puzzles! I bought a 3000 piece puzzle entitled 99 Beautiful Places. Shall thoroughly enjoy it.

We normally buy a couple of carrier bags of books from you when we're on holiday . Love the selection !

We come to Norfolk often and always make a point of picking up a jigsaw at this shop. It's always been a pleasant experience, until today. Today we went into the shop. We browsed the collection of puzzles and settled on a box of 2 x 500 piece puzzles.
When my wife went to the counter to pay the lady behind the counter pointed to the discount sticker on the box. It hadn't been part of our purchase decision.The lady accused my wife of sticking this label on the puzzle to dishonestly obtain the puzzles at a lower price! Of course my wife hadn't done this and explained that she has picked up the first box from the shelf.
Although the lady put the sale through, she was very rude and accusatory throughout the transaction.
Needless to say that they have lost all future business from us and our extended family!
