Not really smiling personal here, a part of two manager's and one young man.Afternoon shift is much friendly to me.

Convenient store for Tadpole residents, but I just cannot understand why the staff must be so incredibly rude to the school kids that use it on their way too and from school.
I understand that there are a minority that may cause trouble, but to tar all of them with the same brush is extremely inappropriate and unfair.
This morning I witnessed a team member be incredibly rude to a kid who clearly didn’t have enough money to pay at the self check out, rather than politely suggested she helped to remove items as required - she said “well what do you want me to do about it, you want it for nothing?”
Needless to say the child was embarrassed and walked briskly away.
If that were my child I would have called out the manager - who I hope would have cared.
Also, in general, the experience here is one of waiting around a lot at the self check out as the staff all have their headsets on and are off stacking shelves - surely someone should keep an eye on the checkouts??

Disgusted with a member of staff that threw a stand of chocolate across the aisle bexause they were put in the wrong place and didn't want to charge me the price they were marked up at. I'm (very clearly) disabled and was made to feel very uneasy. Wouldn't mind an apology for the outburst

Every single time I've ordered they've got the order wrong. Every time. I even said to cancel the order 'NOT SUBSTITUTE' if they couldn't provide. Still charged me and sent the wrong item. Last time I order.

Don't every order through deliveroo at this store as two times they have said the delivery driver has delivered our shopping and never turned up either the driver is robbing our food or the store are not sending it and when you ring back to ask why we have no shopping no one answers the phone very poor staff from Sainsbury's and deliveroo.
