Very helpful and knowledgeable staff #support your local businesses!! 🤩🤩 to add to this previous review I would like to review a new product Kelly suggested - normally I go for Elfliq liquids but wanted to try different flavours and Kelly suggested the Riot Nic Salts! So many different flavours and they taste really nice! So many good offers here as well which I didn’t mention before (better offers than most vape shops)

Get shop free parking easy to find superb customer service and huge amounts of juice choice shall be back.

Visited twice in two weeks and met both Andy and Adrian (co-owners) who were both more helpful, knowledgable and fair than many other vape owners I have met and certainly within the Cirencester area. Originally I needed a few disposable vapes and then went back to buy a whole new kit. Both times I was treated equally, despite the sale being dramatically different values, and met with a different co-owner each time. To find an independent, family owned business with such consistency, a huge range of stock, clear passion for the products and a shop full of a fun and friendly crowd of other customers on both occasions, is an absolute rarity, pleasure and absolute delight. In an age where I can buy some of these products online or even at a supermarket I would absolutely still head to this location as a preference for the knowledge gained, personal approach to customers and experience overall. Its a vape shop.. True... But its a double thumbs up/chefs kiss kinda u vape shop.. 👌

Amazing, life savers and I can't thank Kaye enough for getting me my vape juices.When you forget your juice at home and you are stuck at a two day conference call these guys. Friendly and highly knowledgeably staff. Luckily I work nearby and often wonder in just to chill with the people in there. Very good selection of flavours considering the size of their unit. Standard and fair pricing, no complaints from me!

Great shop tucked away in the village. Really really nice when they greet you by name as you walk in. Its a smaller shop, but they still carry a surprisingly large range of juice and devices. They're also taking really good measures during covid which is nice to see

Brilliant. Really friendly and helpful staff and a great range of everything. Plus a great vaping cafe atmosphere. It's location means easy parking away from the towns and high streets. And a good reward card scheme. Love it!

Visited this morning during virus crisis. Im at high risk because of the meds I'm on blah blah blah. The customer service as the most amazing I've experienced. I didn't have to leave the car and all the items were antibac'ed before I received. These guys are so, so considerate,... well done. They are providing a delivery service to those in need but the drive did me good. You can't beat this place for customer service.

Just been served by Becky, bought a new tank and battery and got some lovely Beard liquid on a great offer, excellent friendly and helpful service, great refurb and a nice coffee too!

Most helpful vape shop in Gloucestershire. They have every flavour to try before you buy. Most shops don't offer this and you end up spending money on something you don't enjoy.
