Priddy Good Food

Just on the outskirts of Priddy you will find this wonderful farm food cafe.
All of their produce are locally sourced and boy can you tell.
This place is surprisingly popular and if you don't want to wait for a seat, I would get there early or possibly book in advance and reserve your table.
The menu here is quite simple but there's no need for flowers when you serve food as good as this. There is also a children's menu available and a good selection of teas and coffees.
Recently they have upgraded their seating area and outside seating is now available and also a lounge-like seating area can be enjoyed.
I also noticed that on their board and also on the menu they say that vegan vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.
I don't usually give five stars to cafes and restaurants as there is always room for improvement, but quite frankly, this place absolutely got it perfect

Passing through to Cheddar in our camper, we looked for somewhere to stop for a good breakfast.
Read the reviews of this place and are very glad we stopped off for a full freshly cooked breakfast.
Very friendly staff, with both us and our Lab.
Fab range of good quality food on offer, at very reasonable prices.

Best breakfast around, although the advertised shop was closed down.

Food in the cafe is excellent and fresh you can taste the difference. it is on a working farm but please do not let this out you off, when the owners have spoken to you and made you feel at home and serve you your food you will not regret it. There is also a shop which sells local produce and a meat counter. The pie’s they make on site and are amazing you have to try. We stock up and take some home with us each time we visit the area. The owners are really friendly and welcoming we holiday here once a year and no matter which part we are in we will make the drive to Priddy Farm.

No nonsense cafe/restaurant. Friendly & welcoming staff. Piping hot cappuccino as requested and a fabulous customised breakfast too. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, excellent food and staff plus absolutely fabulous home made pies, made to order and brilliant pie nights

Wow! visited yesterday for breakfast when the place where we meant to go wasn't serving! So glad we did, had one of the best breakfasts we've ever had! Beautifully cooked, tasted fantastic and generous portions. Service was quick. Staff were friendly. Setting was simple and not elaborately decorated, but loved watching the swallows in the farmyard outside. I recommend.

Our group discovered this farm shop late in our holiday and ended up going for breakfast two days in a row. We all had a fry up (which you can cater to your own tastes) and the quality of all the ingredients was next level. The black pudding was a particular favourite of our group but the meat in general was of a very high standard. Everyone there is friendly and despite not being local we didn’t feel out of place. It was also lovely to be able to watch some horses in the stables whilst we ate. I’d recommend this cafe and farm shop to anyone in the area.

Absolutely delicious cooked breakfast, perfectly cooked, bacon and sausages (they were listed as chipolatas) were very tasty. Toasted bread was thick and yummy. Free refills of tea too when you have a breakfast. Location set on a farm. Simply perfect!

Perfect fry up, set us up for a day of walking through Cheddar Gorge!

We had a lovely English Breakfast. Good quality ingredients, very expertly cooked and served. Dog friendly in the cafe. A nice little shop too. Well frequented by local people, so highly recommended.

Had the full famers breakfast here and can't fault it at all, a proper farm shop cafe with probably the best black pudding I've ever had. Nice to visit a farm shop and not be surrounded by yummy mummies and their umpteen kids called tarquinious.

Didn't know this little beauty was there, even though we've been that way quite a few times. (We were the 5 on the motorbikes today if the owners are reading this)
Right, the food was superb, very reasonably priced for what you get, the staff ( or maybe owners ) were amazingly friendly, enjoyed the banter and couldn't do enough to make us welcome. Do yourselves a favour and call in, it's a perfect little place to stop. If you go for the biggest breakfast, you won't need to eat again all day.

Loved this place. Helpful friendly owners. Was at campsite next door & went there every day for great cooked breakfast. It's a working farm so also sell delicious fresh produce including the best pies ever! ☺ well worth a visit, highly recommend.

Great breakfast, very nice staff, nice view of the stables

We stop here for breakfast every couple of weeks before caving in the area. It's a brilliant place, food is excellent, thick bacon, superb sausages, plenty of toast. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and always happy to help. Well loved by us and by our friends and fellow cavers.
