Pets at Home Wisbech

Had Bear trimmed and groomed. He loves the staff and came out looking wonderful

Great place and good value although soon adds up, knowledge in stood isn’t the best however if you know what you want the products are good

Good pet store, good location on retail park, staff very friendly, store let's you walk dog's around which is nice, we have used the claw cutting service and wash and trim service, will use again

Often visit this store knowing there is a good choice of products and always have plenty of stock on the shelves.
Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help, give good advice on products and their uses or recommend a different product more suitable.
At certain times they also give free gifts to pet owners, at Easter i was given an egg for my dog which he really enjoyed.

Very helpful staff and everything needed for our new puppy. Free parking outside.

Very helpful, friendly knowledgeable staff. I didn’t need to buy anything today but I did need to find out when live food (crickets etc) were delivered to the shop and the woman I spoke to didn’t have to check on their system or ask another colleague.

I’ll be going back next week for some crickets.

The staff at the Wisbech branch are just awesome.
I went in to get a replacement flap for the door on my lidded cat litter tray .
Unfortunately Pets at Home don’t do spare door flaps but I received a call from the staff to say they had discussed it & decided to gift me an entire new cat litter box .
I can’t tell you how much this gesture brightened my day .
Lovely staff , lovely shop , highly recommend the store in Wisbech .

Amazing Staff, Over the past 2 Years i have brought over 10 Guinea Pigs,2 Rabbits, 15 Fish, cages and Snake food. I can honestly say i have never been disapointed by the staff or the service. Always A* Customer service with huge smiles all around.

Took my new two romanian rescue dogs today. I wasn't sure how they would cope in public and with strangers. I explained this before I went in. We were helped by roxy, she spent time getting the trust of the dogs. We took our time and wasn't rushed. One of doggies had an accident but on offer to clean it up they kindly did it for me. Once we moved to tills other two ladies kindly did their name tags and put them on for me. I cannot fault these guys at all always so welcomeing and helpful

The staff at wisbech are absolutely phenomenal. Relaxing environment with nice peaceful music, which is great for me with anxiety problems.
Everything is clean, items well priced. I always travel to this one rather than the kings lynn one.

Great choice of merchandise

Very good there’s a screen where you can take a selfie and play games also find a local pet sitter it’s in the animal place where Guinea pigs are.

Brilliant service and friendly staff (Pet friendly) lol. And lovely and clean. Just a shame no vets for pets would be very help.
