B&Q Wisbech

Was there on Monday buying garden items. Needed help with prices and trolleys so the garden staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys

Five stars because there were a lot of plants, and when I last went to B&Q (20ish years ago!) they didn't sell plants.

Large store. Good selection. Car parking out front. Disabled friendly

They had everything we went for.
The paint mixing lady is excellent.
As it's 20 years since we last decorated we are more than a little bit out of touch regarding pricing so we assumed that they're competitive.

Smaller than Peterborough and unfortunately I couldn't get all I wanted BUT the staff more than made up for this . Other stores could learn alot from the staff at Wisbech , Elsewhere the staff are nowhere near as helpful but I cannot give enough praise to them , unfortunately I didn't get their names but the young girl who stopped what she was doing to take me to the wood cutting area , the lad who cut all the plywood to my sizes and the lady on the tills .

It was great everybody is so friendly here you feel welcome the only thing I did notice the shelves for a little bit bare but the guy said they were doing a massive restock once supplies a restored completely it won't be too bad

Actually found a member of staff that was helpful and friendly. She asked me if I needed any help choosing light bulbs and then stayed with me to find exactly what I was looking for.. This may of been a one off, but I appreciated the help. The staff member on the till was also very helpful and friendly.

Went in for a special saw. The lady who helped me was brilliant and very knowledgeable. She tested a hacksaw on the item I needed to cut and it worked perfectly. Besides which it was a great price and I've been using it most successfully ever since. Well done B and Q you exceeded my expectations.

Had what I wanted staff were helpful and friendly and they took me straight go it I steady if point ti g in a general direction or telling me an aisle number ... cheers guys wish I had taken the chaps name but I forgot he had a decent beard though lol .

Fantastic selection of items on sale, clean and helpful staff.

The shop assistant Julie was more than professional. Very helpful, even when the product I wanted was in a box on the top shelf. She went out of her way to get the box down .

Returned some sample paint pots back (unopened) as using different paint altogether for wood , works out cheaper to use Dulux wood paint satin instead of the chalk paint then buy the wax . And preferred Dulux colours. And lady who served me was very efficient was not asked lots of questions just postcode.

Friendly, clean and tidy shop was hoping somebody will help me with a query I had on what was the best product for me to buy, I had a look around but could not see anyone available, so I just bought an item , I have not used it yet but hoping to when it warms up a bit more.

They have stuff here that Peterborough have sold out the Staff are a lot more helpful than Peterborough Store You probably guessed I don't rate the Peterborough Store it has a too big catchment area and a lot of trade customers that always seem to get whatever they want ,I used to be a businessman, and know that a trade get a little better treatment,
