Easy to book on line. I booked a Saturday afternoon. Jacob the engineer arrived just after 12 noon after calling to say he was on his way. A quick fix and it was done. So chuffed. I love my washing machine and didn't really want to change it. Thanks Glotech.

Very pleased with communication throughout the process. Engineer came in with a dishwasher pump in hand, knowing that the pump is a common issue with this sort of fault. Fixed the fault, so happy with that. Asked to write this review, so i then read all others out of interest, would not have gone for this company based on those that i read, however for this repair i was very happy with the service. Was i lucky? One suggestion? Give the customer the choice to keep the faulty item with a detailed invoice of work carried out.

Was contacted via WhatsApp within minutes of posting our need for a washing machine repair (despite being right on 5pm). Came round very next morning and situation had been assessed by 9:30am. Part was ordered and I was kept updated by text and email. Contacted me for repair appointment after I couldn't get through, very quick turnaround. Repair was done two days later and finished before by 10am. Staff were polite and courteous; charges for labour and part were reasonable. Would definitely use again.

The engineer arrived earlier than expected, diagnosed and completed the fault efficiently and cleanly. Faultless in organising the appointment and answered my questions. Satisfied, would use again, professional and highly recommend the company.

Booked engineer on a Monday but earliest appt was Wednesday so I booked. A few hours later had a call asking if I’d like to take a cancellation appt the following day, which I did. Engineer arrived on time and sorted the problem with my washer/dryer immediately. Very pleased with service.

Glotech are the company our Appliance provider instructed to repair our ovens.
Can’t recommend them enough. Certainly know what they are doing and communication is excellent.
Ovens now repaired and always turned up on time.

Booked engineer to check out the dishwasher which was fixed on first visit, engineer phoned ahead to let me know arrival time. Very good experience, work guaranteed for 6 months and I will use them again if needed.

Booking the repair was easy via the website. I had to change from am to pm later on and that was easy. Repair man turned up on time and had phoned in advance letting me know that he was coming.
Work was done and repairman was very polite and friendly. Repaired the washing machine and put in back (it was an integrated washing machine) and left area he worked in tidy.

Issue with the ice maker on my fridge freezer. Had been mucked around by another company, but luckily I contacted Glotech who arranged an engineer to come out within 48 hours. Issue resolved quickly.
