Amazing experience and pinnacle of customer service, I had a track day voucher for my birthday and the call handling staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, had an amazing day out on the day and would absolutely recommend Track Days to any petrol head / adrenaline junkies out there!

Becky was extremely helpful and explained each option fully and clearly to enable me to choose the most suitable options for our grandchildren’s first driving experience. Ultimately we ended up booking experiences for six people across two different venues. I understood exactly what I was purchasing and the whole process was carried out with the minimal of fuss and we didn't feel pressurised into purchasing extras if I didn't wish to do so or rushed. In fact Becky was so patient and explained everything in such detail that the total process lasted around an hour. Thank you Becky for helping me to book the treat in an easy and relaxed way. You are the definition of politeness and a great credit to your employer. Indeed if I wasn’t in the process of retiring and selling my business I would certainly look at employing you, such is the positive impression you left me with. The whole booking experience was excellent from start to finish. I am greatly looking forward to the day and the look on the kids’ faces when they realise what they will be driving. We arranged a similar day for some adult friends of ours in January of this year which fantastic. So much so that one of the participants smiled so much her cheeks ached until the following day. This will not be the last booking we make will Becky.

Would just like to say a very big thank you to the folks at Trackdays. I had a voucher for one of their experiences as a birthday present in March 2022 which was due to expire this week. However shortly after I received the voucher I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and wasn't able to do a session. I contacted the folks at Trackdays and they were very helpful and understanding and extended the voucher such that I am able to use it in the next few months. Once again my thanks for a great service by the Trackdays folks which has made for a great start to 2023 especially after the trials and tribulations of 2022.

Had a voucher booked for my partners birthday and was running out in the next few months. Called and was spoken to and helped by a guy called Jez who was very friendly and helpful. He managed to get us all booked in and extend our voucher as there were no available dates or times with our requests. Very helpful, would recommend Track days! Especially Jez :)

Received a voucher for F1 ride for my birthday and was trying to book the experience for months as I could only go on the weekend due to work. However there was no dates available at all. My voucher was about to expire and I contacted the customer service and Natalie was able to extend my voucher by 3 more months so I could book a date for the experience (apparently this experience doesn't start till the spring)... Natalie was very helpful and sorted the issue within 10-15 min. Great service 5 stars

Placed an order online for some vouchers and did have a small issue downloading them. Phoned and spoke to Alison who couldn't have been more helpful. Emailed the vouchers while I was on the phone as I said they where for a present. Then 5 minutes later sent them again as she said this was a better format for printing. Will use this company again!!

I had tried to book a track day as a present and something had gone wrong. I have spent all day going back and forth between my bank and the trackdays company. Finally managed to get down to the bottom of it thanks to Dennis, Natalie and a few others. Dennis even made up a copy of what the voucher would look like, so i could give the "voucher" to the birthday boy. A big thank you and will be using these again. Exceptional customer service. The problem wasnt a fault of theirs, just a minority glitch thing that rarely happens. But each and every member of staff I spoke to today was professional and super helpful. Again, especially Dennis and Natalie for going above and beyond with what they did for me.

Had lovely service from Jez who has helped book in my track days vouchers and add on extras. He was very responsive and helpful with back and forth emails. He had very polite and friendly manner and managed to get all 3 of my experiences on the same date and time. I'm now looking forward to our track days experience in May!😀👍 Thank you for all you help.

Had to rearrange my TrackDay date earlier in the year due to illness. TrackDay were very good and helpful in extending my voucher date so I would not lose it.A young lady called Becky has been extremely helpful throughout. She's a credit to your company ! Thank you.

Had a real problem processing the payment for the driving experience I wanted to buy but, Gayle, the lady from Trackdays was unendingly patient, understanding and helpful, getting back to me when she said she would and eventually we sorted things out. If the event I've booked is half as good as the service I received today we'll be on to a winner!

After much deliberation using the online system to book my driving experience, I decided to call through. I got through to Jez, who was extremely helpful and patient whilst I decided what cars, venue and date to go for. Great service, thank you :)

I got a track rally experience for my 40th. And at first after redeeming the voucher we heard nothing. We contacted the Track day team & we got Dennis who looked after booking this experience. He did exactly what he said he’d do, booking me a date & did it in the time frame window he said he would. Very professional & clear in what he was telling me. An asset to the team there. I’m now booked in and waiting the rally experience. Thank you Dennis.

Called to ask about making some amendments to my voucher and Dennis was both very friendly and very helpful - resolved the issues for me and called me back after to confirm. Very happy with the service I received, thank you!

Website was easy to navigate, however after booking an experience day I were emailed explaining they couldn’t find cars for the particular day I chose. Dan sorted me out a new venue with better cars, and even added an extra car and photo package for free as it’s my partner’s 21st on that day. Absolutely amazing customer service, he even found the latest time to book us onto as it’s a 3 hour drive for us to get there, I cannot credit this man or the company enough, 10/10 and would highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service fixing an issue I had that I didn’t think could be resolved, couldn’t thank them enough! A special thanks to Dan Jones and PSR the supplier for being able to make this happen for me. Definitely recommend and would happily come back to this company again.

Dennis was very helpful in guiding me through the booking of my track day. He had several dates available
the whole process didn't take much longer than 10 minutes including the short time we were cut off.
