Asda Straiton Superstore

Had a lovely Norfolk Bronze Turkey from you before Christmas; it was lovely, very tasty and it lasted several days. This was the 4th one we've had from you over the last few years. We'll definitely be back next year - thanks all ! 👍😀

Came on to grab a quick bite to eat, the young girl working Shannon was so polite and professional. She was working on her own. The food was good to and served quickly.

First, this supermarket is open 24 hours a day, which means you can visit anytime, even late at night! They have a special area called self-checkout where you can scan and pay for your items all by yourself. It's like playing a fun game of being your own cashier!

The prices at this supermarket are reasonable, which means you can buy lots of yummy things without spending too much money. And guess what? The supermarket is very spacious, which means there's plenty of room for you to walk around and explore all the different aisles with different kinds of food and toys.

Another great thing about this supermarket is that it's very clean and well arranged. That means everything is neatly organized on the shelves, making it easy to find what you need. I found all the things I needed and so much more I didn't know I needed!

And do you know what else? This supermarket has a huge parking place, so when you come with your car, there will always be a spot for you. They even have a special place where you can fill up your car with petrol!

If you ever need help or have questions, there's a special desk called the help desk where friendly staff are ready to assist you. They're always there to make sure you have a great shopping experience.

Guess what? This supermarket even has an opticians' area where you can get your eyes checked and maybe get some cool glasses if you need them. It's like a special eye doctor right there in the supermarket!

Sometimes, you might want to shop online and pick up your groceries later. Well, this supermarket has a service called Click & Collect, where you can order everything online and then just go and collect it from the store. It's super convenient!

And lastly, they have a lovely café, where I had a Fanta once, although it's closed at 2am. But when it's open again, you can go there with your family and enjoy some delicious treats and maybe even a yummy ice cream!

Overall, this supermarket is fantastic because it has so many great things: self-checkout, reasonable prices, lots of space, cleanliness, a big parking place, a petrol station, a help desk, an opticians' area, Click & Collect service, and a café. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is just lovely. It's a place where you and your family can have a wonderful shopping experience!

Not enough people on checkouts changed review to one star from two if there are meal deels you have to check your receipt every time the amount of times I have had to go back is ridiculous also the stuff that is just in date this

My wife went back today 1/3/24 Bought cheese at reduced price £3.25 to£1.95 and at. checkout got charged £3 25 back to customers service that agreed she had been overcharged come on Asda get your house in order this is happening on a day to day basis and I for one will tell everyone I know to beware it really is bad

charged original price so back to customers service and they agreed she was overcharged how many people don't check there receipt do Asda do this deliparly it's happening

anymore the staff are very helpful on customer service it's just a shame you have to use them so often won't be back

Jonathan always goes above and beyond to help people, always happy and smiling and promoting and helping people with the Asda Rewards Scheme. He is a true credit to the store and Asda as a whole, nothing is ever a bother to him, we need more people like him :)

Went a few days ago to Asda hunting down matching Xmas pyjamas. Josh (Australian) in customer service was superb! Never have I encountered such service at an Asda or any supermarket customer service!
I had already had 2 other colleagues help me with no luck as they had ran out of the sizes and colour I needed at the store.
He truly went above and beyond to make this work and made my day by finding (after many phone calls) the PJ’s at another store in town. Thank you Josh!

Just back from holiday and nipped in for milk and a couple of other things around 3.30am and paid at self checking.
I had left my purse and had to go back thankfully it was really quiet and a member of staff had lifted it for me.

Had a lovely employee Gemma from the deli help myself and son out tonight!! Gemma went above and beyond to help I've never had that from a y other staffTHANKYOU.

Here I purchased various food and sundry items to my complete satisfaction. I will In all likelihood repeat this until I am no longer physically able to do so. In this event I will use their delivery service or ask one of my children to shop for me until my ultimate demise.

Excellent service from a young man called Jason, he really went the extra mile.
I enquired about a product, he pinpointed the sales area and then went and got extra stock from the back for me.

Been using the store for some time and recently started to use the delivery service, we ordered our Xmas order and it was delivered tonight by Justin We got great service and the stuff that wasn’t available was substituted with great replacements. Highly recommend for online shopping and saves the hassle of going to the shop when it’s just crazy time 👍

Great range of products, not very expensive. Great bakery section. Try the raspberry filled croissants and dulche de leche pastries 😋

Alot of choice for everything, clothing and household items. Also books, DVD's, delivery price good aswell
