You have to use computers to look for products and when you find the item you need n require you take order number and take it to counter and recieve items and pay for it....

I am sorry I do not know the names of the 2 guys who served me (it took over an hour to find my FT number as my phone died.) but they did not give up. they went over and above. If management by any chance read this, I was in at 7pm on Thursday 25/08/22. Huge gold stars to your staff.

The staff at Straiton store were absolutely lovely people no rushing you don't know how to register took their time spoke to me as a human being I am elderly not liking technology just a wonderfull experience a big thank you . blessings x

No complaints really. Staff are friendly. They have only some of the shopping selection screens available for distancing. One way system in place.
