Costa Coffee

Very busy on a Saturday morning but the service was slick and friendly, the staff kept up with clearing tables as well as keeping the queue moving.
Tried the new kit kat hot chocolate, excellent!

Today my first time in Bury At Edmunds for an appointment. Called in Costa for a coffee plus had to ask for directions. OMG staff so helpful. One young man he knows who he is went all out to help me. I called back later for coffee and cake and to thank them again. Great staff very helpful friendly and polite. Will call in there again.

Decent size Costa café. Always great food selection and good coffee.

Kudos to Jey for his integrity. He caught the fact that he forgot to discount the cake I ordered and took it upon himself to learn how to refund me the discount.

Very busy due to being the Christmas market however the staff were friendly and efficient, I would recommend the black forest hot chocolate

Love the décor. Coffee is as good as it always is. Staff superb.

Friendly and attentive staff. Asked as usual for our hot chocolate to be fairly strong. They were just right and the barista stated that if they were too strong, he could out more milk in them. Good customer service.

Love Costa! The team are always so welcoming and tolerable of my 6 year old exuberant little boy. Massive shout out to Suzie, Faith and Happy they always make us smile. Coffee is pretty good too.

Cleanliness was fine. Facilities clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The guy (Stefan) arranging the waiting line was extremely helpful and very disciplined regarding covid which is very reassuring and made it all feel safe. Top marks.

Although we love a Costa and the service is always great I had the need to use the services. I turned around as the hygiene was poor and smelly. The area for sugar etc was empty and dirty. However the chocolate and coffee were great.

Decided a return visit. And what a change. Instead of having to tie up my dogs and go into the shop to collect a very nice member of staff delivered it to me in a very happy and welcoming demeanour.

Pity no table 's outside on the lovely sunny day,all piled up outside at 4.30pm but in winter lots outside and when its raining. Maybe next time coffee was best ever ☕☕☕

Has always been my first stop on the way to work in the morning. Extremely pleasant and kind staff. If any issues ever occur with drinks they are more than happy to remake them.
