The Snug Cafe

I'm in Eastbourne for the day with my car club. Spotted this cafe on Google Maps, it's a delight, deffo worth a visit, very smart decor, charming staff, was served by Lisa on her 1st day 😀 Good luck Lisa and thank you The Snug for a nice breakfast 😀

Would never have found this place if it wasn't for friends of ours taking us, but I am SO glad we did. Best place in Eastbourne for breakfast or a quick snack. It's modern, clean, well-staffed, and comfortable with much-appreciated free WiFi. Best hot chocolate I've ever had. We got a traditional English breakfast, a cheese scone, and coffee cake, which was scrumptious. Food is obviously prepared with care and it's all delicious.

Brilhant well decorated place. As I love trying different places this is a hidden gem I definitely believe so. It is a very friendly place. Staff always cheerful 😀 I had a nice breakfast and chai ☕ enjoyed very much will be back .

Popped into this dog friendly café for cappuccinos. What a really nice place. All the staff were cheerful and made a big fuss of my shih tzu. Will go again.

Nice place for a little time out. Convenient location, good menu selection.

Nice little coffee shop. Does close early in the afternoon though so do check.

A hidden gem. Been visiting Eastbourne for years and never walked down this road. Had coffee last week, and today cheese and ham toastie, served with crisps and garnish. Excellent food and friendly service. Thoroughly recommended and it will now be my regular place for coffee and lunch.

It was outstanding. The best bacon roll I have ever had. Coffee was amazing too. Lovely environment to enjoy a hygge moment. Well done ladies, you have somewhere really special.

Lovely food, nicely presented, not too expensive. Tucked away from main shops it is a hidden treasure.

A very pleasent restaurant part of the trinity trees church in the eastborne town. Coffee was very good. Staff pleasent and helpful. Didn't eat this time, but hope to go back soon to investigate what they have to offer.

1st time visiting the snug. will definitely go back really nice service. only had drinks but will eat next time.

Cool (not air conditioned) very clean. As always really good counter service. Again only did coffee, because of time. Background music calming. Quieter sidestreet if sitting out.

Very clean ideal for a quiet coffee and chat seems to suit older more ! Service is good and staff helpful.

I have been coming down to Eastbourne for years and I have just discovered the Snug Cafe.

It is a real hidden gem.

The cakes and scones are all home made and they are delicious.

I will definitely be going back when I am next back in my beloved Eastbourne.

We took a trip to Eastbourne from Hastings on a damp and rainy day not knowing where we would end up. We were all gagging for s nice coffee as Travelodge coffee is rank!

We came across a multi storey NCP Car Park near too front and a 2 minute walk to the Pier (which sadly was closed). When we came out of the cast park right across the road was this lovely little Cafe! We decided to give it a go and we were not disappointed!

Their coffee was spot on and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast including Panini's and sausage and bacon sandwiches! All very fresh and tasty.

The staff were very nice and it had a lovely feel to the place. We will definitely go their again and we highly recommend it.
