Dunelm

Nice store. Easy to navigate and plenty to see. We got what we wanted so that's all we could ask for. Cashier was friendly and chatty, no queue behind us. We are pleased with our outing.

Near closing time I went into Dunelm looking for sewing accessories. I was tired and when the young assistant advised that the section I needed was upstairs I was ready to leave. However the assistant named Laura kindly did the shopping for me and brought them to me at the till. Excellent service

I visited the Eastbourne store. Lovely and big, airy and bright. Excellent selection of all products. Staff extremely helpful. A great shopping experience 👍

We went to choose a mattress. Great that you can try them out in the shop. And got tempted by lots of other home goodies 😁

Wow! This store is coming to the end of a massive renovation /refurbishment, café opening soon (15th October I believe). The staff are lovely and seem very happy with what's happening. I can't wait to go back and buy something more than a small rug, which I'm very happy with as it's soft and just what I was looking for, but didn't expect to find.

Good selection, reasonable prices and quality. I always find something nice there for my home.

I love Dunelm. The shop is big and has a lot on offer. If the product is no good for any reason, or you simply changed your mind, it is easy to exchange or get a refund. I did have a faulty product. I called the shop. They answered, wow. I didn't have a receipt, but they managed to find my purchase on the computer records. Amazing, even without a receipt. Thank you, Dunelm, and your amazing staff. Also, i must mention the cafe. Well done, Dunelm, great selection, and kids eat free. I took my grandchild, and the meal deal selection is amazing, and all for free.

Loved walking around the store. So many tempting things to buy. Went to the cafe ordered cream tea, reasonably priced, although the scone was a little on the dry side. Always enjoy a visit to Dunelm.

We love Dunelm, especially now it has been extended upstairs. Prices and quality are excellent. Cafe is great with a good range of food and drink available.

We have found nearly all that is needed in our new cottage in Meads at Dunelm.

Very large store. Had never been there before but wish I had known about it earlier. Good products at reasonable prices and just about everything you might want or need for your home.
Lots of discounted items too.
Don't have a car & filled a big trolley to overflowing, so they ordered me a taxi at no extra cost, nice staff.

Good range of houseware products, hard not to spend a fortune here in the sense of wanting to buy everything. They now have a cafe, which I have not tried but it does mean the car park can get quite busy. On the rare occasion we have had issues with a product the staff have always been very helpful and refund or replacement offered.

Bought 2 very large throws the other evening just before the store was closing staff really helpful

Large store with good parking, however can get busy over the weekend with a full car park. Good range of stock across all departments.
