**Review for Cafe Nero Staff Member**

I am a regular visitor to Cafe Nero, often stopping by during the busy lunch hours. Each time, I am consistently impressed by a particular female staff member with ginger hair who works both the till and the coffee machine.

Despite the high volume of customers, she manages to serve everyone with exceptional efficiency and professionalism. Her ability to handle a long queue, prepare a variety of drinks, and take payments simultaneously is truly remarkable.

What stands out most is her friendly demeanour. Even under pressure, she remains composed and courteous, making each customer feel valued. She recently served me a lovely luxury caramel latte and took the time to compliment my bracelet, which she noticed and admired.

Her multitasking skills and dedication to providing excellent service make every visit to Cafe Nero a pleasant experience. She truly deserves to be recognised by Cafe Nero's higher-ups for her outstanding contributions. She is a true asset to the cafe.

Always a great cup of coffee served with a smile. I'm a bus driver with lothian and sometime need to use the toilet the staff at Nero are always so welcoming. 5 stars around... thank you

Worst Nero experience ever. Service was fast and friendly, however during the lack of staff place was unclean. The worst was unclean chair in the corner table what was smelling so disgustingly that I simply couldn't finish my coffee and left

Still loving cafe Nero. The coffee is consistently good and usually served with a smile. I buy a lot of beans for home use, as again the quality is consistent. I was a bit miffed when they reduced the bag size from 250 to 200g
But that would appear to be the way of the world just now.
The atmosphere is usually good and there is free WiFi.

It was great to have breakfast in there. And i am so glad I was offered a speciality blend to try ! It was very good and perfect in my oat flat white ! Highly recomended. The drink quality was great !

The best hotel in Edinburgh. It is paradise. Rooms have warm and beautiful Decor including Wi Fi, Flat screen TV, and tea an coffee makers. Amenities include an indoor pool, SPA with a Sauna. You can enjoy of a relaxed international restaurant.

Arrived at the café in the early evening and found that place relatively empty of customers so plenty of space to sit and chat. Service was quick and attentive.

Had such a great time at Caffè Nero! The two workers closing up were super friendly and lovely, and they were amazing with my dog. The vibe in the cafe was cozy, and their service was top-notch. If you're looking for a chill spot with awesome staff and yummy treats, Cafe Nero is the place to be! 🐾☕

Wow! Amazing ice coffee! I am from Greece and I ask the original Freddo espresso with my instructions and YES!YES ! They do it for me and was fantastic ! As in Greece! Thank you Chase and Amy !

I love Caffè Nero. It's definitely the best as far as chains go. Great coffee and no issues with service. Also do fab vegan/plant based cakes!

I love the Caffè Nero at Fort Kinnaird and would not go anywhere else. The store is always busy and the staff work constantly to do the best that they can. All the staff including Rachel, Chase, Rabeb, Dan etc are always welcoming and cheer me up when I'm having a bad day. They also make the best coffee!!

Super tasty, flaky almond croissants are the best!!

5 stars for atmosphere is a difficult one. I love everything about cafe nero. It could do with a good old scrub, chewing gum on floors, a years worth of dirt easily visable under furniture and the crumbs under sofa cushions yuk, just yuk!

It is a nice place to visit, with good food, nice coffee, and a friendly atmosphere. It is a very busy area so you may wait a bit to be served but trust me the staff do the best to reduce waiting time.

Was a bit chilly but outside was much worse. Relaxing and lovely hot coffee on a freezing cold day outdoors

Busy, excellent service. Vegan choices are good. Vegan raspberry croissant is wonderful!!

Great space/ place to meet up for coffeee and chats with friends. Central and surrounded by shops which is handy for a little bit of retail therapy. Nice staff and service.
