Lovely place. Might be a chain but the staff here are lovely. Very clean and great service. They were especially caring with an elderly customer with sight impairment. He was treated with great respect and regard. Thank you to Shauna.

Generally not a massive fan of mainstream coffee shops but today, the queen's funeral it was THE only place open in Sheringham and a bit busy. The two young ladies working there were polite and efficient but very busy. Drinks were very nice and the shortbread too. We'll done ladies, tricky times on such a day, top marks for effort and performance!

Great friendly staff from this Costa Coffee location. Full of local knowledge to help us out as tourists.

Drinks were made to our awkward requirements and the place was very clean and tidy.

Parking outside for takeaways coffees.

Warm welcoming helpful staff and lots of room to sit on a cold wintry Sunday. Costa coffee and tea reliably good. Lovely toasted tea cake and Danish pastry.

5 min to closing on a Saturday and I was welcomed in for takeaway and the service was timely and still with a smile.
It's a big team in there, lots of different faces when I visit but all are doing a great job!
