Cannot praise both of the ladies in the shop enough who go above and beyond for all my parcel drop offs and deliveries as well as advising of new products etc for my daughters to try. A massive thanks to them both.

Great little shop right in the middle.of town. Handy for parcels and I have found the shop assistants to be very friendly. Some people bring out the worst in others!!

Got everything I needed for my West Highland Way walk. Smidge and Gas were readily available.

Great shop for dropping off parcels. Staff always very nice.

Debbie, the woman that works here doesn't understand her job remit. She refuses to take parcels and when I have advised her that she is obliged to do so as the shop are contracted from collection plus. She rolls her eyes and dismisses you! So rude! Twice my parcel was refused today firstly because a stock delivery was due in??? She advised to return in the afternoon, we did. Second time It was refused because the collections driver hadn’t been yet!!! Which makes no sense as if we would have missed it then the parcel would not have been collected! So I need to take it back again. Absolute joke. Great wee shop too and most of the staff are fine one rotten egg ruins it.

The shopkeeper is a thief. labels products cheaper then the RRP. Then charges the full RRP. Even when you physically point it put to him!! unethical and disgraceful behavior.

The older female shop assistant is incredibly rude and dismissive, talks down to you and refuses to follow the correct procedures for parcel delivery. I've only used this shop for one parcel return and one parcel pick up and both times she has been an absolute nightmare. My return is missing in transit, and I have a strong suspicion it is because she refused to attach the correct forms to it as asked. Don't go here for parcel deliveries or returns.

The female in charge is downright rude, it’s a shame as it is a handy wee shop. Get rid of her and this shop would do much better!!

Was passing the shop last week when the woman assistant was pulling the shutters down ..
An elderly couple was passing ( lovely old couple in their 80s and enquired politely if the shop was still open for business ? The shop assistant replied in a very RUDE manner just wait there till I'm ready !!
I thought it was shocking !!
This morning I went into the shop , there was an elderly woman at the till being served , I was the only other person present , standing at a distance of 3 metres away , I have life threatening and complex health issues meaning I am exempt from wearing a mask , the shop assistant said to the woman ( you know what I can't stand is these people who don't wear masks just to stop their
glasses
steaming up
