Costa Coffee

Stopped for my first Costa Coffee since Saturday 7th March 2020 due to having COVID and subsequently Long COVID meaning I still don't go out much. Served by a young lady who prepared my Cappuccino. I really enjoyed my drink.

Always a great experience in this store, it's always busy which speaks for itself. Never had a disappointing drink or snack here. I went for the purple one hot chocolate and it was delicious. Also had the millionaire's shortbread it was divine. Thank you costa!

Currently in here. Monday 17/1/22 4pm. Just ONE amazing young (french?) lady in the store. Increfibly quick, efficient, polite, capable. Very diplomatic re her current circumstances. Give this girl a raise or at least a bonus !
COSTA...don't take afvantage of your best workers. She deserves better !

The staff work very hard in a very buzy situation and remain cheerful bless them .

A nicely (re)decorated Costa coffee shop makes this an appealing coffee shop to sit in and relax while you enjoy your food and drink.

Friendly, helpful staff means that I don't normally have to wait that long to be served either.

It's a Costa. All of the Northallerton ones seem to have amazing staff. Normal menus. 5 stars because this was the first time ever I've been asked (not only in Costa) if 1 teeny jug of milk will do me for my giant coffee..... I always end up asking for two and somebody finally asked 😁

Brilliant. 2 young men serving today. Most polite and hard working. Alert to every customers requirements. Well done. We will be back.

Staff very polite.. One thing you find at any costs... Food good.. And the shop was very clean.. And still good measures in place... For the covid..

Staff are friendly and helpful. You don't have to ask for what you want it's there ready and waiting for you.

Visited this place twice both times had excellent service and excellent drinks a better costa than many I have visited

Love Costa, all their cafes are excellent, great coffee, lovely staff and we'll organised for Covid 19 restrictions.

Care was taken during this pandemic so separate the tables, tables were cleaned after each customer and coffee was great. Thank you.

Tesco Costa Northallerton us my favourite coffee shop .Staff very friendly,helpfull and go out of their way to give customer service .

Lovely coffee. Great customer interactions and carrot cake is very tasty.

So nicely decorated great atmosphere great staff ,my fav place to go would recommend (you should try the mango and passion fruit cooler its my fav )
