No one likes to be ill or have problems. The staff here are friendly welcoming and professional the .instead you walk in the door.

Crap can't even get a blood test as stated on notes after 5 or saturday before hospital appointment feb 16 told March earliest waste of time

Shocking value for money, billions spent every year N.H.S and I rang the centre at precisely 08:00am to get an appointment with a nurse or doctor. By 10:00am still on hold with a recorded message still saying I was 28th in the queue, then I got a message saying all appointments now have been booked for today.

I kept on trying and at 14:16pm I got to talk to a lady saying the soonest they could see me was in 4 weeks’ time, I accepted this and went to my appointment as instructed to and seen the Nurse.

Done my bloods and heart rate then was told the Doctor would be told my results and they would be in touch. Four days later I got a call from the receptionist saying the doctor would like to have a phone conference call, (Why they call it that I don’t know, it,s a phone call) so, I said OKAY and then was told the call will take place in four weeks’ time, will this be, okay?

No was my reply, the guard on the end of the phone replied okay I will tell the doctor you do not wish to take the appointment, then hung up.
My question is Where are all these G. P’s? I can get to see Shergar more than a G.P.
Why is everyone else back at work apart from government funded business? Shocking how we are lied to by the receptionist covering for the Doctors by saying ALL APPOINTMENT HAVE BEENN BOOKED at 10:15am then continuing to protect the doctors by saying a 5-minute phone call cannot be made for four weeks.
Get a grip………
