Kidderminster Medical Centre

During the 18 months that I have been a patient here I have been very impressed with the speed of response to my online queries and the ease of getting appointments.
I have found all the doctors friendly and helpful, and providing good advice.

I’ve recently moved to the practice and I’m so glad I did! I’ve seen a few doctors now who have been very helpful but today I had who I believe was Dr. Nathan Roe (I hope that’s right) he was incredibly helpful, he took his time, was incredibly kind and made sure to do everything he could as-well as giving great advice. I was always scared by my old doctors because they were dismissive and they caused a lot of medical trauma for me. It’s nice to feel safe going to the doctors now and knowing I’m being listened to:)

I joined Kidderminster Medical Centre two months ago because I was unhappy with the surgery I was with.
I’ve had to contact them several times, and had two appointments.
Every contact I’ve had so far has been a pleasure, the receptionists & team are warm, friendly and kind.
The GP I met was lovely, efficient and empathetic.
The difference between this surgery and the one I left is incomparable.
Basic human kindness makes a world of difference, especially when dealing with people at their lowest or most vulnerable.

So yesterday on Thursday I went in to see doctor Hanna and if I’m completely honest I’ve never seen him before and I was rather nervous he calmed my nerves he was really helpful I cannot fault this man he’s the wonder of magic literally he’s amazing in every aspect I hope I get him as my named doctor as he’s brilliant I left feeling alot better than I did before I got there he’s very helpful and I will be asking the practice manager to put him as my named doctor as he’s brilliant he’s the first doctor who actually understands me and what I’m going through most of all he’s non judgemental like some doctors can be yes he was blunt but very straight to the point the advise he gave was bang on target he’s always nice and helpful thank you so so much for everything you do doctor hanna you were amazing thank you I will be keeping you as my doctor as long as you don’t leave of course thanks for everything you do 🙂🙂 your fantastic at your job keep up the good work xx

I took my daughter for a blood test, she'd not had one before so she wasn't sure what to expect. The blood test went well and my daughter seemed to be fine, but upon reaching the reception to book another appointment my daughter started to go lightheaded and dizzy. The staff were amazing, quickly got her a drink of water and ushered us into a room. The nurse looking after her, Emma, couldn't have been more helpful. She got my daughter to lie down and reassured her, kept checking to make sure she was ok. The receptionist bought in our appointment card so we didn't have to go back to the reception area.
My daughter was thoroughly looked after and I can't thank the staff enough.

Have been with the surgery for almost a year, having moved to the area. Receptionists and the other staff are friendly and helpful, and my doctor sorted out a referral I had requested no problem. I've found it really easy to get answers, advice, or appointments when needed.

My experience at the dental clinic was great.
I made an appointment at my dentist and they couldn't fit me in for a fortnight so rang 111 and asked me questions and then got a suggestion to take tablets, well it's ok to do that for a few days in my eyes but not two weeks.
They gave me the Kidderminster health centre's number, I rang them they said they do sittings from 2:30pm so went there for 2:30pm and was seen by 3:50pm. I was amazed how fast I was seen which was great and went in the chair. The dentist I saw was great told him what was wrong, within 15 minutes of being sat in the chair I had a temporary filling to tide me over till my dentist appointment in two weeks time.
The dentist was great, the staff were polite and friendly and it wasn't even expensive as its an NHS facility, it was less than 20 pounds.
Couldn't of thanked the dentist enough for taking the pain away.

I'm not sure why everyone is always so negative about this surgery, I've always had a great experience! Staff are efficient and it's easy enough to get an appointment.

Disturbing to see so many ridiculous negative reviews...I suppose it shows that people are more likely to complain than praise..I have been with this surgery in all its forms since 1992 and have found all the staff over the time did their best and helped where they could..Current staff are working very hard and all the doctors and nurses I have had contact with have been understanding and helpful..I hope that when i go in for my vaccine I will again get the same service..Things go wrong sometimes but that is not the fault of people trying their best...

30 years through all the changes. I have always found these doctors caring and supportive. L

Went here feeling ill and the nursing staff saw me straight away with little to know waiting time. She accessed me quickly and called an ambulance for me probably saved my life thank you so much

The staff made me feel welcome everything was very well organised. The building was spotless could not wish for a better service well done to you all.

Great when ever I have had problems they have always got me a telephone appointment within 2 hours most of the time quicker then seen the same day keep up the good service

Since registering at this surgery about 4 years ago I've always found the surgery to be excellent.

Excellent care and diagnosis by professional NHS Staff.
