Our third visit to the tipsy egg, highly recommend. On this occasion we went for Sunday roast, perfectly cooked beef - delicious. The Mother’s Day gift of homemade gin and tonic as well as a potted plant went above and beyond! So much attention to detail. On other occasions we have had the full English (amazing!) and cakes and coffee - equally as delicious. The homemade scones with homemade jam are a firm favourite! Really friendly staff, warm atmosphere and a lovely cosy setting to catch up with friends.

We hired The Tipsy Egg for a flower crown workshop and an afternoon. Miranda went above and beyond to help facilitate the event and helped the bridal party with hosting. The service is outstanding and the team were quick to help us move furniture around to utilise the space.

The portions are generous, and the afternoon tea had beautiful cottagey theming ❤

All of the communication before the event was quick and the information provided was an accurate.

We had exclusive use of the tipsy egg for a flower crown workshop and afternoon tea for our friends hen do. Miranda was fantastic from the start and helped cater to our every need.

The setup was fantastic with the top section of the cafe setup for the workshop and the bottom for afternoon tea. Miranda and Georgia are such a great team, they were so attentive and such lovely people. The food was beautiful and the cafe is gorgeous. We had a fantastic day in a beautiful location. Thank you for everything. I would highly recommend if you are looking to host an event.

An easy decision to leave a 5 star review for my first visit to this lovely Café.
We had walked for about 3 hours and new we were stopping here having read the previous reviews.
Not disappointed at all, lovely cappuccino strong, smooth and rich with a lovely Bacon and Brie Toasted sandwich.
I really liked the decor and lovely staff.
Thank you for a great experience 😁

First time trying The Tipsy Egg, but definitely not the last.

The service here is warm and welcoming and nothing seems like it’s too much hassle.

I had a decaf latte and a feta and spinach quiche followed by a slice of their coffee and walnut cake with a pot of tea. Everything was brought quickly but nothing felt rushed.

The salad that came with the quiche was delicious and moreish, it felt Greek inspired with sweet tomato, cucumber, sliced olives and crumbled feta, perfect. The quiche was good too, but hate to mention that I didn’t spot too much spinach, perhaps I was unlucky and had one of those slices that missed out on its fair share.

Decaf latte was spot on and the coffee & walnut cake, as well as everything else, had that light delicious homemade quality that meant that you come away feeling pleasantly refuelled and not heavy in the belly!

Look forward to coming back to my new favourite place in Winchcombe.

We have been looking for a place, for a late breakfast, at the start of our Winchcombe walks, for some time, and this new cafe and deli proved to be a revelation!

Beautifully styled, yet warm and welcoming, the cafe uses locally sourced ingredients to produce really tasty food, and gorgeous cakes, catering for all dietary needs, with explicit reference to sustainability.

The deli has a maximum "score on the door" of 5, and is impeccably clean, and service was extremely friendly, professional and responsive. Overall, the cafe feels inviting, yet contemporary and the hard work and thoughtfulness which has gone into the re-vamp, from the new owner, Miranda and her young team, is very evident in both the excellent food and the underlying values expressed on the blackboard, which describes the essence and intentions of the place.

Above all, our perfectly cooked breakfast and sides were excellent value for money and we will definitely make this our number one spot for the start of our Winchcombe adventures, in the future!

What a find! The perfect pit-stop for walkers - pretty much no matter what you want. Wonderful home cooked food, all day breakfasts, cakes - good coffees (even for a hard-to-please coffee hunter like me). All round awesome. Dog friendly too!

I have been to the Tipsy Egg 3 times now and absolutely loved each visit. The staff are so smiley and friendly, making you feel so welcome. I ordered the avacado on toast the first visit and asked if they could could add poached egg, which they were more the happy to do for me, it was delicious!! The last couple of times I had the Chocolate Orange Hot chocolate, which is to die for!!
I'm already looking forward to my next visit , I'm going to try the white chocolate hot chocolate and maybe a slice of cake! Always a lovely fresh selection of cakes to choose from. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed ❤

Popped in a few weeks ago for a coffee and couldn’t resist the coffee & walnut cake - delicious and light. When I saw the tipsy egg were doing afternoon teas for the coronation we couldn’t resist and ordered for the whole family. I couldn’t be more impressed, we were blown away by the variety and quality, all clearly made from scratch with amazing attention to detail. Will be in for some lunch soon and wouldn’t hesitate to order another afternoon tea when I have the excuse to!
