Brilliant service. Made sure that we could be visited on the day we made contact as the issue was with our front door. Arrived exactly at the time promised. The issue was fixed within minutes and we were given good advice on how to care for the lock in future as the door is wooden. As the issue was so simple we weren't even charged the basic call out charge which was really generous. Can not fault the service and friendliness. Would definitely recommend this company.

I called Paul after my guest was locked inside our holiday cottage. Paul was fantastic, he attended the property promptly, sorted out the faulty lock and communicated with me throughout. Being a remote host who lives over 2 hours away from the property this was a huge relief.

Fantastic locksmith, came out the same day to fix a broken door lock and he had to order a part that was worn. Returned early the next morning and fixed it. Great service. Highly recommend.

Paul was very understanding of our predicament (lost the key to our roof box) and did all he could to help us. He was communicative, reasonable, arrived even before he said he could and together we worked out the best course of action for the rest of the holiday and getting home again.

Absolutely brilliant service managed to get the door open. The mechanism had jammed.
Fitted a temporary lock, and then returned with in 24 hrs and fitted a new mechanism.

Managed to lock ourselves out but Paul cheerfully answered our panicked text message immediately even though it was a bank holiday! Super polite and professional, he asked for a couple of pictures to make sure he brought the right equipment and then arrived exactly on time when we'd arranged. He opened the door in about 10 seconds but without making us feel like complete idiots, and made sure we had the key safely in hand before he left. 6 out of 5 stars, would recommend Low-Key locksmiths to anyone in a pickle!!

Really helpful guy; he came out quickly to fix a lock that was stuck with the key in, then came back a second time to loosen up an old lock and sliding door that hadn’t been opened in ages. Very good price and very highly recommended.
