Iceland Supermarket Swindon

A small Iceland store, but has a decent selection of goods for sale. I have to mention the quality of their curries, absolutely outstanding and easily on par with anything available from Sainsbury's. Just thought I'd add that...

Very good , fully stocked shelves

Lots of Christmas goodies in the store right now, well stocked, busy and popular the Iceland Store located on the High Street. You can get everything you need for the holiday here. There is a large Iceland car park at the rear which is accessed at the side of the building. You have to pay initially, but as an Iceland customer, present your parking ticket at the checkout and you get your money back. Very useful if you want to shop elsewhere on the town's high street.

I had my weekly delivery booked for Friday 28th May 8-10am; however my baby got poorly overnight and we had to rush to the hospital at 7am. I called Iceland Royal Wootton Bassett to see if they could place the delivery in the back garden as no one would be home. Thankfully, THE nicest manager picked up my call that early in the morning and when I explained my situation he immediately offered to delay the delivery for later in the day. THANK YOU so much for the support and for helping me feel at ease during an emergency. I didn't pick up your name, but hopefully this messages gets to you somehow. I sure hope Iceland knows what an asset you are to them.

I used Iceland during the COVID-19 pandemic during lockdown for their home delivery services. I was so pleased that I could always get a next day space when required, I tried with all of the other supermarkets but they never had any spaces.

Without fail, Iceland would always deliver my order. They do need to work on offering substitutes as a few times I had half meals such as chicken burgers, but no burger rolls. It’s to be expected.

I’ve had a few items of fresh produce arrive which expired the next day, but I always received a refund for these items by contacting the store or customer services. It can’t be helped if that’s all they had left in store at the time of picking the order.

When reducing items please make the price a bargain to stop the items going into any waste bin,a idea 💡

Iceland is the same all over the country. Good quality food at a quality price. Offers are very good and the supermarket is always clean and well stocked.

Went to do some shopping at Iceland for a home delivery ready for tomorrow and the staff were so polite and helpful. My delivery was due tom at around 6ish but it arrived bout 10minutes ago as were in the area I'm so impressed I love Iceland xxx

First online shopping, uncertain which store in Swindon made the delivery. However, no hassle, only short of one item. Highly recommended
