I was waiting for my car to finish a service and fancied a drink.

Only to find out the best news Starbucks is dog friendly! How amazing is that! Was so nice to find somewhere I can have a drink inside with my dog. Service was great!

Area manager was lovely and really chatty and down to earth! I recommend this Starbucks!

Today I had a signal from my service dog I was going to have a seizure. I went in to Starbucks and 2 staff members where fantastic they helped me out and got me a drink and even my kids a drink thank you so much to Rainey and Tina for all the help and support great staff members xxx

It's a nice coffee shop with good customer service. Prices can vary depending on what you want but they're pumpkin spiced lattes are pretty good.

Probably the best coffee I’ve had from a Starbucks in some time, top job

The staff are brilliant and kind and help us out when no one would help us out and I would like to say I'll be coming to the store for more coffee and thanks to Tina and Rainey for the help today

I love the coffee, it's a really good price. It's never too busy or loud here, so if you have sensory issues or just prefer quiet places, this isn't too bad. They have plugs to keep your phone charged, and the seats are comfy. There are only 2 toilets here, but it's not too busy, so you're hardly ever kept waiting, and the toilets are gender neutral, so if you are non-binary, it's a great plus. If however you are for some reason against gender neutral toilets, don't worry, you don't have to share, they are separate locked rooms instead of cubicles.

As I work in town I visit quite frequently as I love Starbucks. These guys always make the drinks just right, always very friendly and welcoming. I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone.

My favourite place for a drink or munch by far. The food and drinks is high quality and the staff are very kind and professional. The environment is perfect with a good relaxing atmosphere.

Even cater for vegans with "dairy free" coffees and drinks, they even have vegan cakes.

Bigger and better then the one in Bury St Edmunds. The caramel Ice Frappe I had was very tasty and delicious. The trip I had here has convinced me that Starbucks is better then Costa.

My favourite "trendy" place. I love the relaxing music on the background sort of jazzy... Love to try new drinks and the snacks are really tasty. Is my favourite spot for a break after a wonder around some shops. I'm a golden member which gives me extra shots for free 😜

i come to this starbucks quite often, and i’m always greeted warmly, served with kindness and professionalism, and walk away feeling satisfied with my visit. the staff are working hard to adhere to COVID regulations, the tables are always cleaned quickly to ensure safe space for new customers, and their door stop system works brilliantly.

Still the best coffee around. Customer service is always top notch, especially if you're in a smaller store. Also, there is always a coffee to suit your taste.

Try a peppermint latté, you'll love it. Promise.
