Great location, great bikes and great service. Some bike hire places have a small selection of bikes, usually terrible brands - these guys have *lots* of bikes and all good, reliable, brands. They even had a decent bike for my 8 year old daughter, who has not been riding very long. I can't recommend this place enough.

Great place! Super friendly and helpful. I stopped with broken derailleur and he fixed that and checked over the bike for any other issues solving them as well.

Super helpful advice and support in getting us sorted for a half day of cycle hire. Very reasonable prices and tons of options for the whole family to get the right bike for them, including an attachment to mine that suited my young son. The owner was also very gracious when we got back a bit late after encountering some brutal winds on the ride back north of Bideford.

Best service, such a great trip for me and my son on a tandem. We will recommend to friends and will be back again, no doubt at all. Excellent value.

We've used Torrington Cycle Hire a few times now while visiting family close by. The staff are always very helpful, polite and efficient, and the bikes are good quality and the hire costs very reasonable. They stock a decent range of refreshments if you are stopping off mid-ride, or at the end of a cycle. Highly recommend.

Excellent bike hire. Friendly staff (and dogs). Hired two bikes for the day for £15 each and had a great scenic ride to Barnstaple and back. Nice smooth, traffic free cycling and great for all ages. Deffo recommend stopping off at Framington on route. Look forward to returning when back in the area as great value as well as great fun.

Stopped for a coffee whilst doing the C2C also bought a map after chatting to the guy serving. Coffee good and C2C map excellent. Nice spot to stop Highly recommended.

Elisha, Adam and co are a really great team. They are so friendly, helpful and patient and nothing is too much trouble.
We hired bikes for ourselves which were good quality, well-maintained and very reasonably priced, but the icing on the cake was my 91 year old dad being able to hire an adult trike to cycle a little of the Tarka Trail.

Had a great experience at Torrington Cycles today. Hired bikes for three from Alesha & Hutch who gave us great advice on equipment and route which was very welcome as two of us are in our 70's and first time on a bike for many years.
Brilliant equipment mostly new and lots of choice. Something to suit everyone.

We called today as we wanted to hire a buggy for a 6 month old, it was no issue at all he kept it back for me😊. The buggy was brilliant with all the essentials needed if we had a puncture.
He was very helpful with moving a seat on a personal bike and wished us well on our way. We had a lovely greeting when we returned aswell. Thank you so much.

I took my 5 Yr Olds bike in for a service and brake check. They were really friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Fitted a new brake cable and serviced the whole bike so it is now safe to ride. They even adjusted the seat to the right height. Thanks for your great service and value for money.

Great service, friendly staff and reasonably priced. They went out of their way to help with our requirements for a well behaved but neurotic terrier and baby.
Cold drink and ice cream being available when we dropped the bikes off at the end of the day were very welcome after a long journey pulling buggies. Highly recommended.

What isn't there to like? Great team, cheap rental, advice for places to stop, servicing, repairs, food, drinks, cycle accessories that you often forget when loading the bike in the car. Even took time to check personal bikes over and get then running right before us setting off. The new artwork on the doors looks AWESOME.

Super friendly, helpful family run business. They sorted out issues with two of our own bikes as well as providing a good bike and cargo trailer for our kids.

Was cycling the Devon C2C and developed a clicking noise whilst pedalling. Dropped in on the off-chance that a quick fix could be carried out. It was absolutely no trouble to remove the Pedals and tighten the bottom bracket and after 10 mins it had been fixed. I offered to pay but was declined. Great service.

Lovely day of cycling had with our 8 month old. Friendly staff were very helpful to set up bikes and trailer. Resonably priced hire. Lots of car parking available and right on the Tarka trail.
